cama muito desconfortavel, achamos uns bicinhos na cama, chuveiro agua fria, edredom sujo, causando pinicação no corpo,café da manhã com poucas opção para quem faz dieta,luz do quarto queimada. Muito decepcionante pagarpara dormir confortavel e no final não ter conforto algum.

O café da manhã é bem farto e variado. Os quartos limpos e a roupa de cama bem branquinha

Cons:

Eu venho tentando contato com o faturamento para emissão da nota fiscal e não obtive nenhum retorno. Falei na recepção e por e-mail várias vezes e ninguém me responde. Tenho prazo para solicitar o ressarcimento dos valores e o atendimento é muito ruim.
