Pros:

Sempre nos hospedamos lá, pelo conforto e localização

Cons:

Ficamos num quarto da frente, e não conseguimos dormir por conta do barulho, e fomos ao Rio por motivo de consulta, então estávamos muito cansados. O chuveiro tbm não esquentou, mas não queríamos dar trabalho.

Quarto nao tinham toalhas, cheiro de mofo dentro do quarto e no andar todo! Café da manhã fraco e a pessoa que foi repor o buffet,nao usava luvas e coloca as mãos nos pães e Frios.

Cons:

Fui roubado, o hotel cobra 45 reais por dia de estacionamento, cheguei no sábado e deixei o carro no estacionamento e não retirei mais, voltando para a casa na terça o carro acendeu a luz da injeção eletrônica segui viagem pois estava com crianças pequenas ao chegar no meu destino fui abrir o capô e constatei o furto da capa de proteção do motor e a troca de 3 bobinas por modelos mais velhos, o hotel não responde o e-mail e não consigo falar com a gerente Andreia sobre o caso.

Pros:

Eu adorei a estádia. Fomos em 6 pessoas, ficamos em dois quartos. Funcionários maravilhosos e solicitos , café da manhã muito honesto e um precinho sensacional sem contar com a localização muito estratégica na Lapa.
