النظافه . غرف مريحه. الموقع ممتاز. الطاقم رائعين محترمين ودودين خدومين.

Cons:

الغرف ضيقه قليلا وعزل الاصوات في الغرف والممرات كان نوعا ما مزعج. اضائه الغرف خافته قليلا.

Overall its a good hotel and i will stay there again
Pros:

Location for great, Near Transport, good links etc. Hotel staff, Lobby and rooms were great

Cons:

Breakfast need improvement. Although there are few option but it wasn't great.

Again amazing stay
Pros:

Everything was very nice and peaceful, and the staff were very kind. The place was clean, and they truly care about the comfort of the hotel guests. Believe me, it was the best stay I’ve had in Istanbul at this hotel. I highly recommend you visit. And thanks to Mr. Mustafa Akay at the reception, our stay was wonderful because of his helpfulness. Thank you very much for your smiling face and your kindness.

Location and supporting staff. Especially Mustafa at the reception was doing excellent job in serving guests
