Pros:

Great location almost in the city center, very close to the tram station. The hotel was clean and the staff were polite and helpful.

Our stay at this hotel was truly an outstanding experience. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, which creates a great first impression right away. The location is perfect—close to the tram, as well as many restaurants and everything you might need during your stay. The staff is fantastic, extremely kind, and always smiling. I would especially like to highlight Mr. Hayri, who welcomed us warmly and was always available for every little request we had, always with a smile. The food is excellent and very delicious, which further enhances the overall experience. The hotel is truly exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Istanbul. Thank you for everything.

Cons:

The room smelt of lingering cigarette smell. I was welcomed with a pee Stained toilet seat, even though it had the sanitary ribbon on it to show it. The towel has a foreign brown crusty substance on it.

L'emplacement était top

L'accueil du personnel pas top. J'avais demandé un lit bébé je leur ai envoyé un message plusieurs fois pour confirmer et a la fin je me retrouve sans lit bébé.. après avoir forcé plusieurs fois dans la soirée après 23h que j'ai enfin pu en avoir un pour mon bébé qui ne dormait pas. J'avais l'impression d'être dans le noir l'éclairage pas top. Petit déjeuner répétitif tous les jours là meme chose et le dernier jour a 7h pour la sortie de notre hôtel sachant que c'est censé etre l'ouverture du petit dej il n'y avait encore quasi rien de prêt. Beaucoup de bruit des couloirs et surtout de la chambre d'a côté entrain de gueuler et parler jusqu'à des 3h du mat... super ! Équipements ancien. Hotel pas très cher mais je ne reviendrais pas.

الموظفين جيدين ولكن الفندق بحاجة لا صيانة كاملة

الفندق بحاجة لا تجديد
وتصليح ابواب الحمامات إذا فتحت باب الحمام ولم تنتبه يقفل لا وحده ولا تستطيع دخول حمام حتى يأتي عامل الصيانة إذا ليلاً سوف تنتظر للصباح حتى يتم تصليحه

My stay would've been excellent if it wasn't for the shower drain.
Pros:

The food was good.
Staff was welcoming.
The location was convenient.

Cons:

The bathroom shower drain was clogged or barely draining the water. By the time i finished taking the shower the water level was at ankle level high. I had to wash them in the sink.
I can share pictures or video if necessary.

A Pleasant Stay in Istanbul

We stayed at Green Anka Hotel in Istanbul and were very satisfied with our experience. The staff was extremely kind, professional, and always willing to help with any request we had. They truly made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
