Unorganised setup without any formal process
Pros:

Pricing.

Cons:

The manager was not responsive. Refused to provide receipts or bills for payments made. Argued that it's booking.com's responsibility and not his.

It could not called as Hotel/Lodge. It is a service apartment. Packed breakfast given. No kitchen. No tea or coffee. No shops nearby also.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Zimmer komfortabel und sehr sauber. Angenehm auch der Vorraum mit Sitzmöglichkeit und die Küche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Lage ist leider nicht optimal. Hotel liegt zwar in einer Seitenstrasse, aber 200 m weiter ist eine sehr befahrene Strasse. In der Küche leider keine Kochplatten.

It was clean since it’s a new property.

Cons:

Room service had to be requested, it was the same breakfast everyday, no basic facilities such as tea/ coffee in the rooms, room itself very small no space at all to walk around congested for two people.
