Good if you are not interested in some amenities..
Pros:

Location was convenient. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Staff at check-in was friendly.

Cons:

No pool/jacuzzi. A/C was not working in the halls. Staff of 5 were sitting in the lobby eating and drinking the next morning. Three seemed to be enjoying the free breakfast, and at least two grabbed bottled drinks. Not very customer service orientated.

We were happy to have such a perfect stay at such short notice.
Pros:

The Cleanliness of the Hotel was exceptional. The simplistic set up is was perfect for our needs.

Tru hotel in Rogers
Pros:

Location, staff & room was very nice. Appreciated the toiletries in shower & bathroom.

Cons:

Disappointed there wasn't a small coffee pot in our room. & of course, I wish the insulation would've been better! We heard people in hallway late at night, almost like they were inside our room. Breakfast was lacking variety & the oatmeal was cold. Other items were "ok".
