Amazing homestay. Cookie was so welcoming and friendly, the bedrooms are spacious, very clean and the garden is beautiful. Great location, far enough from the city to enjoy some peace but close enough to get to the market/shops. Make sure to eat with the family for an authentic and delicious experience. Can’t wait to come back, thank you for everything!

Great spot just outside the hustle and bustle of Ha Giang! Stayed the night before our bus back to Hanoi after riding the loop.

Overall, the stay was great. The dinner was lovely, the family is very friendly, the place itself is beautiful and the accommodation is great value. The accommodation is quite far from town, but the area is nice to be in and away from the businesses of town - plus, it is a simple taxi or bicycle ride over.
We got laundry service done when we were there. The service was great, but the cost was astonishingly high... More than 5 times the cost of any other stay we had. It probably isn't a problem for most Westerners, but our budget is much tighter than most... Plus we were randomly charged a bit more in the end for our services and meals ?

We had an amazing stay here. The family is so kind and you have the option to have dinner with them whenever you want to so we used that option multiple times and the food was just incredible. The place itself is beautiful, there’s palm trees, so many beautiful butterflies and the place itself is so green and calming! it’s 100m away from rice fields. The room is spacious and everything was very clean. We stayed here for 5 nights after we finished the Hagiang loop tour and we wish we could’ve stayed longer here in nature, it was such an amazing place. It’s like 10 minutes away from the centre but we rented a motorbike so it was no problem.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt: Cuc und ihre Familie haben uns herzlich willkommen geheißen. Ihr Haus ist wirklich schön und beeindruckend, auch der Bungalow, in dem wir geschlafen haben war einfach, aber sehr schön. Wir haben an beiden Abenden mit Ihnen gegessen, für uns ein absolutes Highlight, so lecker und so tolle Gespräche! Cuc hat uns außerdem sehr kurzfristig eine individuelle Easy-Rider-Tour organisiert, definitiv auch ein Highlight unserer Reise. Danke!

Très bon séjour au Palm hill chalet, les hôtes sont très sympathiques, ce fût un plaisir de pouvoir échanger avec eux le temps d'un diner. Ils nous particulièrement aider pour organiser notre tour à moto. Le bungalow est très propre et agréable.
La famille est super gentille. Le repas délicieux ! Le jardin est magnifique!
