Pros:

Радушие и отзывчивость персонала. Максимально помогали решить любые вопросы. Встретили в, аэропорту, отвезли к отелю. Время, было позднее и на вопрос - где можно поесть, девушка на ресепшене, предложила отвезти нас в ближайший ресторан, чтоб бы не заблудились. Такой сервис дорого стоит! Огромное спасибо!

Welcoming, convenient, comfortable, and excellent customer service.
Pros:

It’s very close to the airport and they offer free airport transfer. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, helping us book tickets for the tourist attractions and even drove us to Tianmen Mountain, which was a 5 minute drive from the place, to avoid us catching a DiDi. There is also a supermarket right next door which is so convenient. The room we booked was perfect for a family of 4, very clean and comfortable. Would 100% recommend.

Pros:

As soon as we landed, we chose a famous hotel near the airport, Qinyuanchun. As soon as I heard the name, it was great. I didn't expect that the hotel service was super good. There was a 24-hour butler service, the air in the room was fresh, and the hygiene was also great... In short, I was very satisfied. My friends will stay here again next time.

Hotel à Zhangjiajie
Pros:

- Personnel très sympathique, accueillant, disponible et aux petits soins. Ils ont organisé gratuitement nos transferts depuis la gare de Zhangjiajie. Ils nous ont pris nos billets à l'avance, sans surcoût, pour visiter Tianmen, le Grand Canyon et le parc national de Zhangjiajie. Ils nous ont préparé des petits paniers-repas quand nous sommes partis tôt et nous ont aussi conseillé des restaurants.
- Emplacement bien, à 15 min à pied du télécabine pour Tianmen. Une supérette et de bons restaurants aux alentours de l'hôtel.
- Chambre spacieuse, cocooning, high-tech et bien décorée.
- Literie confortable avec un grand lit.
- Salle de bain fonctionnelle avec tout le nécessaire fourni.
- Rooftop de l'hôtel avec vue sur la montagne de Tianmen.
- Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Cons:

- Chambre donnant sur une route très passante et, même avec les boules Quies, il a été difficile de dormir correctement.
- Petit-déjeuner avec peu de choix.
