Super Hotel, nettes Personal
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war toll. Das Personal war sehr nett, holte uns selbst vom Bahnhof ab und gab uns noch Tipps für den Nationalpark.

Cons:

Etwas hellhörig, vor allem durch den nahegelegenen Flughafen. Da wir so müde waren, hat uns das aber nicht sehr gestört.

Super hôtel, mais défaillance du système électrique trop complexe de l'hôtel.
Pros:

Personnel agréable et nous aillant beaucoup aidé pour organiser nos visites. Hôtel très proche de l'aéroport. Changement de chambre en classement supérieur (suite à problème d'électricité).

Cons:

Problème d'électricité dans notre première chambre : petite électrocution après avoir touché une lampe, ce qui a fait sauter les plombs; nous avons donc demandé de changer de chambre car nous ne nous sentions pas en sécurité dedans. Petit déjeuner très limité en choix (ni beurre ni confiture).

Staff very professional, friendly and helpful. They arranged a free pick-up at the airport and a taxi the next day.
The room was very good and comfy with new installations. No detail missing!

Cons:

Breakfast with some western stuff like butter and jam would have been very appreciated.

Администратор встретила нас в аэропорту и доставила в отель, очень приятная девушка, она была отзывчива и помогла нам купить входные билеты в парк горы Тяньмэнь. Номер был просторным, комфортным, со всем необходимым. Отель также предложил завтрак и помогал со всеми вопросами, которые появлялись у нас за то непродолжительное время, пока мы были у них. В отеле живет очаровательный котик Мими, которого удалось потискать)

Cons:

Минусов не заметила, жаль, что у нас был всего один день в этом отеле.

Muy limpio y cómodo. Muy moderno. Tiene amenities, toallas limpias, limpieza diaria del cuarto…

Pros:

A descordo do hotel era muito bonita! A recepcionista que nos recebeu falava muito bem inglês e deu nos as ajudas todas que precisamos e ainda se disponibilizou a nos levar à entrada de tianmen e da estação de comboios. Quartos ótimos e super bem decorados e equipados.

Cons:

Pedimos para jantar lá, e a comida não foi feita lá, e não nos informaram disso. A zona da restauração é pequena. Pequeno almoço com poucas opções.

Beautiful and modern hotel near Tianmen mountain
Pros:

The hotel is really clean, modern and very comfortable. Very good value for the price, we had a wonderful stay. The staff dropped us off at Tianmen mountain and at the train station the next day for free. We really appreciated that.

Cons:

Breakfast could improve, this was the only downside. I think it should either be improved or just not offered at all. Other than that everything was great.
