Pros:

Hotel is a 15 min walk to route A if visiting Tiananmen Mountain. The hotel reception staff were really great, dropped us off to route C entrance and also organised complimentary travel back to the station on check out.
Room was nice and spacious, bed was super comfy, the best we had in China.

Cons:

Room lights are over complicated to use and disappointed in room cleaning staff as our room was not cleaned during our stay.

We had a truly lovely stay at this charming boutique homestay and highly recommended
Pros:

Patio Spring Homestay is genuinely one of the best places we have ever stayed in. Although it is technically a homestay, the experience easily matches (and exceeds) many hotels. We stayed in a Deluxe Family Room, which was beautifully decorated, spacious, and very comfortable. The beds were excellent, and we really appreciated the attention to cleanliness – the lovely cleaning ladies changed our towels daily, which made our stay even more pleasant. One of the highlights is the rooftop on the 5th floor, offering a stunning, unobstructed view of Tianmen Mountain – a perfect spot to relax and take photos.

We would especially like to give a big thank you to Xiao Niu, Xiao Ping, Xiao Wan, and the auntie who cooked breakfast for us each morning. They were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about local tourist attractions. They went above and beyond to help us, including assisting with booking tickets to the Grand Canyon, which made our trip much smoother.

Cons:

The toilet was quite cramped, which made the air ventilation poor. You have to wait a long time whenever someone done a poo. An air fresher would be a welcome remedy to this issue.

Pros:

La struttura è nuova e le stanze riflettono un gusto moderno nell'arredamento e nelle soluzioni tecnologiche. La cosa più importante è che tutto il personale è molto disponibile nell'organizzare il tuor sia Al parco di zhangjiajie sia a quello di tianmenshan. Fatevi prendere i biglietti da loro. La mattina del tour vi forniranno tutte le indicazioni necessarie. Grazie mille a tutto lo Staff.

Pros:

Радушие и отзывчивость персонала. Максимально помогали решить любые вопросы. Встретили в, аэропорту, отвезли к отелю. Время, было позднее и на вопрос - где можно поесть, девушка на ресепшене, предложила отвезти нас в ближайший ресторан, чтоб бы не заблудились. Такой сервис дорого стоит! Огромное спасибо!

Welcoming, convenient, comfortable, and excellent customer service.
Pros:

It’s very close to the airport and they offer free airport transfer. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, helping us book tickets for the tourist attractions and even drove us to Tianmen Mountain, which was a 5 minute drive from the place, to avoid us catching a DiDi. There is also a supermarket right next door which is so convenient. The room we booked was perfect for a family of 4, very clean and comfortable. Would 100% recommend.
