Pros:

El personal és excepcional. Ens van treure entrades de tot, ens van organitzar les visites i ajudar amb tot el que vam necessitar.
Ens van recollir a l’aeoport, lo qual és molt convenient tot i arribar molt tard.
Està molt net, les habitacions molt còmodes, bany complet amb wc japonès i tot molt ben cuidat.
L’esmorzar és senzill però molt correcte, lo just.
Està a 10minuts caminant del telefèric de Tianmen.

Cons:

És un detall sense importància, pero s’agraïria un banc on poder deixar les motxilles/maletes i un ganxo per les tovalloles usades.

Pros:

Great Location, very helpful staff, friendly and welcoming. The room exceeded our expectations, everything was fully automated, spacious and comfortable. Close enough to walk into the city for food in the evenings, a supermarket a few doors away and not far from the Tianmen Mountain cable car station at all.

Pros:

Ubicación buena, a pocos minutos en coche del aeropuerto y a 15 minutos a pie de los teleféricos para subir a la montaña de tianmen. Habitaciones nuevas, limpias, con camas muy cómodas. Empleados con buen nivel de ingles, nos ayudaron a reservar las entradas para tianmen. Desayuno correcto con opciones china y occidental. Tienen servicio de transporte al aeropuerto sin coste añadido.

Cons:

Todo bien, lo único que destacaria es el poco espacio que habia en el área de desayunos

Le camere erano accettabili per gli standard

La cosa peggiore è che pur assicurando il transfer per aeroporto concordato la sera prima hanno rischiato di farci perdere l' aereo. La gestione dell' hotel è approssimativa. Nella reception non c'è mai nessuno. Si ha la sensazione di essere abbandonati. La porta di ingresso spesso spalancata e quindi chiunque può entrare e salire alle camere degli ospiti. Colazione ridicola Senza nessuna scelta con cibi rinsecchiti per il troppo tempo passato all' interno degli espositori al caldo, con personale ( una sola persona ) che nulla sa del mestiere che dovrebbe svolgere,in un ambiente angusto e dall'aspetto sporco . È ovvio che nessuno capisce o parla altra lingua che non sia il cinese tranne una ragazza che abbiamo visto una sola volta all' arrivo.

Bella struttura a 20 minuti a piedi dal Tianmen Mountain. Stanza grande e pulita. Lo staff molto cordiale ci ha aiutati a prendere i biglietti per l’ingresso e ci ha dato molti consigli anche per la sera. Gratuitamente c’è anche un pick up o drop off per la stazione o aeroporto molto comodo. Abbiamo adorato o loro due gatti.

Cons:

L’unico punto debole è la colazione, non tanto perché è solo cinese, ma perché è davvero minimal, andrebbe migliorata un po’ la zona colazione e l’offerta.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and it was all thanks to the incredible owner. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond for us by picking us up directly from the airport, which made our arrival completely stress-free.
Her hospitality didn't stop there. She personally helped us plan and organize our entire itinerary for both the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and Tianmen Mountain. Thanks to her local knowledge and perfect recommendations, we were able to navigate the parks easily, avoid the biggest crowds, and make the absolute most of our time here.
The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but it is her genuine kindness and helpfulness that truly made our trip unforgettable. If you are visiting Zhangjiajie, look no further—this is the perfect place to stay. Thank you so much for everything! We will definitely come back!

Estupendo hotel para visitar la Puerta del Cielo. Personal encantador . Merece mucho la pena

Nos sorprendió muy gratamente. Es un hotel familiar sencillo pero muy agradable. Esta situado para ir a pie hasta la entrada de la puerta del Cielo. El personal muy volcado en hacernos la estancia lo mas agradable posible. nos fueron a buscar al aeropuerto y nos ayudaron con los cambios de planes que tuvimos que hacer al haberse retrasado nuestro vuelo. Las habitaciones muy cucas y cómodas.
