neat and clean rooms, peaceful, good balcony, enough spacious rooms, good breakfast, affordable price

the mattress in the beds were very hard, other than that, everything was very good.

・少し歩いたらヒマラヤ山脈見える（部屋からは見えなかった）
・水回りがかなり清潔だし電気も明るい
・エアコンあるから寒くない
・電子ケトルと水が置いてあるから部屋でインスタントコーヒーゆっくり飲める
・YouTubeとか観れる

Cons:

・故障かなんかでホットシャワーが終始出なかった

Pros:

The accommodation is really comfortable and clean and the staff is amazing. It's really peaceful in the pine tree hotel. The food is really good, too! Would definitely recommend this place!

Just acceptable but not value for money.
Pros:

Meal could be better. Barbeque fire camping also be included on package.

Cons:

Water was no hot, it was only warm. There is no chair and table in room. No tea coffee facility in room. Only one towel provided in room.

Very misleading room description. No mountain view despite description.

We booked this hotel on our only night in Nagarkot to have a view of the mountains as the room was described as having a mountain view but it didn't. When we asked the reception about this they replied that only the suite rooms have the mountain view and there were none of those rooms left. It is very misleading that only certain rooms have a mountain view despite what it says on the description. This was very frustrating as we would have booked another hotel if we had known out of the many there around.
We got food poisoning from something we ate at the restaurant. We would not recommend this hotel.

Very nice getaway in nagarkot. Perfect for one night trips. And
Pros:

The rooms are very good, clean and well sized. Rooms are nicely air conditioned and you won’t feel cold at night. The hotel is well kept and very clean. Staff are very kind and helpful, always smiling. Good place to stay if you want to experience the sunrise of Nagarkot. Great for women.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been included considering there was nothing around and relatively the rooms were well priced.
