Wow wow wow I 200 per cent recommend
Pros:

Amazing cozy perfect stay . Good location and very private. Comfortable bed and sleeping was amazing

On arrival room was like a sauna, had to open windows and turn off all radiators , communal corridors were just as hot.

Overall very satisfied with the accommodation
Pros:

I thought the breakfast was very good despite my initial skepticism. It was tasty, healthy and very convenient compared with having to go to a dedicated breakfast room at a dedicated time.

Cons:

The toilet seat was old and unclean looking and should really be replaced

Pros:

Lovely meal in the restaurant attached although a separate business to the rooms.

Cons:

I would not stay again because the village clock chiming each hour kept me awake throughout the night plus market stall orders started setting up their stalls really early.

A lovely stay but could have been better without bells ringing throughout the night.
Pros:

Our stay was lovely and it was a great location as we were attending a wedding at Houchins. The breakfast hamper was very generous and just what we needed.

Cons:

We could not sleep due to the bell tower chiming every hour! but recognise outside of property’s control. Shame it cannot be turned off at midnight.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable, and the shower was good too.

Cons:

There was not enough space to put anything in the bathroom. In the room there was no wardrobe and only two drawers for 2 people. Also the breakfast basket should have had savoury, salty biscuits. Everything was sweet. The floor was squeaky and kind of loose

Pros:

Being in the centre of Coggeshall and being able to explore on foot.

Cons:

Dining room supervisor telling me their menu was based on couples and sharing dishes. Therefore, I could not be accommodate as single diner, even at 6.30pm when there was only 1 couple in the dining room. I was also told the same would apply on my 2nd night, but possibly I could be accommodated on the Saturday lunch time. I had plans for then, so didn't test the offer of a "definite maybe". However, I found the White Heart, Coggeshall to be very welcoming, the staff friendly and helpful and the food and service were very good. I was also disappointed that the only parking facilities were curbside parking at the front of Noble Goose despite Booking.com stating "parking available".
