Resort is on the beach, staff are very friendly.
I enjoyed my stay I would like to specially recommend Balram and Shivani they are very helpful.

Just a wonderful stay with my friends at Arabian sea beach resort...rooms were clean n neat ....staff was very cooperative and friendly nature.... property is near beach jst 20/25 steps away .....Food was very delicious and tasty

Cons:

1. The which was alloted had no latch from inside I had to lock with key everytime
2. Intercom was not working when asked receiption they told it is not working because they were unaware who was doing repairing. Every time had to call Mr. sahid whose mobile number given to me. Not exceptable.
3. No chef available.
4. Day one ordered Tea around 5 in evening we got it on table at 5.45 pm. (Restaurant was not crowded), When asked I was told chef is not available. Same was with night dinner.
5. The don't have many food varieties and neither they allow to carry from outside, when asked of drink our choice was not available.
6. Food quality as per rate were not up to mark,
7. For any and everything we had to call support staff, at one point of time i found the entire so called resort was handled by support staff.
8. It only has name of Resort but its just a hotel.
9. Over all i wasted money. Total disppointment

Honestly, just the fact that it is near to the beach. Me and my friends had booked this stay for new years and since the time we checked in the rooms, it was a hell ride.

Cons:

Cleanliness: 0, found a huge lizard and the sheets were dirty. Trust me this is just the surface level issues I am sharing here. I know for a fact that I am never visiting this property not until they change their owner and staff members.

No sense of security and safety in the room. The door lock system is a joke!

No guard/staff members available for any kind of emergency at night. I think they need to lose the term β€œresort” from their name title.

Nice place close to the beach but don’t expect anything beyond clean rooms.

Cons:

The breakfast options was very sad. More closer to non existent itself. For bread butter - hardly any butter was put not was it given separately on the table. No phones in the rooms. Kettle not working. No tea coffee. Sachets nor milk. Toilet paper not there in all rooms.

The hygiene was poor, the towels were torn, and we had to request even basic toiletries. The stay was not worth the money we paid.

Pros:

It’s a very restricted property, food and alcohol is not allowed from outside and the in-house restaurant get closed at 11.30, service is very low.
They don’t have proper food as per menu. Hot water comes for only 10 sec. Pool you can use only till 8.30. It’s very annoying to stay as you visit Goa to have fun and not under so much restrictions.
