Pros:

Centrally located and reasonable

Cons:

The place needs repairs and upgrades urgently. The receptionist was not helpful in any manner. In fact the HK staff responded almost immediately to my request.

Great but can be better
Pros:

Some staff or supervisors needs more training, some are outstanding on response

Cons:

Some front office staff are too slow and one supervisor during breakfast was not concerned at all on what us happening and the.young supervisor covered it by giving extra.care
