Pros:

Logement fonctionnel mais petit pour quatre.

Cons:

Manque de rangements pour les valises . Pas de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle.

Wir würden wieder dort buchen.
Pros:

Es hatte alles, was es braucht um Tokyo zu erkunden. U Bahn in der Nähe, Shops, Restaurants. Besser geht’s nicht. Preis Leistung sind unschlagbar.

Cons:

Da kann der Gastgeber nichts dafür, aber Shinjuku ist zentral. In der Nähe muss eine Feuerwehr sein. Die ganze Nacht hindurch fahren Ambulanzen und die Feuerwehr mit viel TamTam durchs Viertel. Tokyo schläft nie. Wer das nicht abkann ist hier eh verkehrt.

Un appartement très sympa en proximité des quartiers animés de Kabukicho ❤️
Pros:

Le confort et l’équipement proposés, l’appartement était également très propre. Nous avons aussi apprécié l’emplacement à proximité de toutes commodités.

Cons:

Le seul élément gênant sont les bruits extérieurs : les fenêtres ne sont pas bien isolées, les sirènes extérieures (pompiers, ambulances) sont assez dérangeantes pendant la nuit (boules quies à prévoir)

Pros:

Location is very good and convenient. There is a local pharmacy downstairs at the corner, convenient stores.. and most of all.. nearby all the restaurants. Distance to Shinjuku is about 15mins walk.

Pros:

Location - easy walking distance to sights

Too small for a family of four. No room to open suitcases, minimal storage for clothes and the bathroom had a strong smell of mildew/damp.

Pros:

The location-wise, the accommodation is still good—close to almost everything, with a nearby Metro station, convenience stores, and more. The room is large compared to what you usually expect in Japan and is suitable for a family of four at least. There is a big balcony where you can hang clothes, the place is fully equipped with household essentials, and the host is very responsive to messages. The bed is good and spacious.

Cons:

I booked the room as early as possible. When you search for “Tokyo Sky Dream,” a different building appears on Google Maps, which I initially thought was the actual accommodation where we would be staying. Because of this, I also booked my sibling a room near what I believed was our accommodation. However, on the day we arrived, we realized that the location was actually different, so I was a bit disappointed due to the misleading location shown on Booking.com’s website, and we ended up being far from my sibling.

地點離站近，有陽台超棒，生活機能便利，附近很多商店可以買回來煮，有提供洗衣機及洗衣粉，

地點近地鐵，步行到購物區也方便

Cons:

4 人的房間，但房間空間太小，行李要放在玄關 ＋ 廁所外走廊才能打開，睡在床上，腳已可放在電視機前，電視也太小，為何不放一個大電視在牆上，那就不用電視樓阻礙通道

최악의 부엌
Pros:

위치, 침실, 화장실 상태 좋았음
거리는 신주쿠에서 10분 정도 도보 필요.

Cons:

식기류 확인시 커피 포트는 곰팡이 있고 냄비에는 걸레가 들어가 있어서 사용하기 불청결함.
다만, 식기류 제외 다 괜찮았음

It was great and will recommend it!
Pros:

Close to Shinjuku’s famous tourist spots but tucked away from the busy area. Walking distance to station. A lot of food options and convenience stores nearby. There’s even a drugstore just below the building. Clean and well equipped. Was good to have a washing machine, so useful! The space is enough for 4 of us- 2 adults and 2 children. The host was responsive and very attentive.

Cons:

Quite a challenge for us as we have a pram to have the few steps before you can enter/exit the building but otherwise everything was great! You might also want to request for more pillows as they only provide 4
