Don't risk renting from an amateur host, book a proper hotel and save your energy.
Pros:

It's a nice place and the location is good

Cons:

It was my worst hospitality experience ever. I never got to speak to a blesh and blood human being. All I got were three numerical codes -Entrance to the building, entrance to the loft, wifi- other than that total silence from the host.

I got there late at night after a 28 hour journey. I was looking forward to taking a hot shower, have a cup of tea and sleep.

Upon entering the apartment the stench of sewage hit me hard, apparently the building has a structural problem and the smell of sh*t steams up from every outlet. The only one ventilation possible was opening the balcony sliding door, but there's no mosquito screen which means sleeping at the expense of being eaten by mosquitoes.

The shower was cold water and there wasn't even a bar of soap for me to shower, leave alone other amenities.

I have to take pills before bed but there was not a bottle of water anyplace. Obviously no tea before bedtime.

I wake up in the morning, got to the toilet to do my business and oh surprise! NO TOILET PAPER!!

Early in the morning I contacted the host... silence was my all I got.

Six hours later I wrote again, and again 20 hours later... NOTHING. I didn't receive any word from the host ever. Obviously they didn't care.

Loft bien organizado con buena ubicación cerca del Zócalo
Pros:

Bien pensado y agradable (los interruptores están mal ubicados)

Cons:

Hay pequeños ajustes reportados que no han sido tomado en cuenta durante mi alojamiento (2 focos faltantes y filtración de agua de la llave del fregadero).

Pros:

Tuvimos que cambiarnos de alojamiento y pagar más de lo presupuestado debido a que no había luz en el alojamientos, nos devolvieron el costo pero eso generó que tuviéramos que buscar a esa hora dónde hospedarnos. El anfitrión nunca nos ofreció buscar un lugar para nosotros o resolverlo de esa forma.

Cons:

que jamás el anfitrión nos ofreciera él buscarnos un alojamiento cuando en realidad era una situación de su alojamiento y no algo generado por nosotros como huéspedes.
