Le confort de la chambre, le lit était incroyable et le set up de la chambre était parfait, très belle deco et la baignoire était un vrai plus.
À midi pile, nous avons été pressés de partir de manière assez excessive : la réception nous appelait au téléphone pendant que la femme de ménage sonnait simultanément à notre porte, sans même nous laisser deux minutes pour terminer de nous préparer. Nous avons pourtant immédiatement sorti nos valises et étions clairement sur le départ ; mon conjoint finissait simplement de mettre ses chaussures. Malgré cela, la femme de ménage a insisté pour que je monte dans l’ascenseur sans pouvoir l’attendre et m’y a fait entrer de force. Dans la précipitation, les portes se sont refermées sur moi, me faisant mal. Cette attitude est déplacée et inacceptable envers des clients, même au moment du check-out. C’est vraiment dommage, car cet incident a laissé un goût amer à un séjour qui s’était jusque-là très bien passé.
The room was clean and tidy, a lovely space! The ladies at reception were also extremely helpful in getting us tours and cars arranged. Beautiful hospitality!
The pool is directly in the lobby area so not that enticing to use. The bathroom is also a little small, but they provide you with flip-flops for after a shower when the floor is wet which is thoughtful - it does the job! ✨️
The AC also wasnt the strongest, but kept us cool enough in the heat!
L'hôtel est juste beau visuellement.
Le lit est tellement vieux qu'il grince au moindre mouvement.
Le personnel est non chalant, pas de sourire , pas un seul sourire.
Je ne recommande surtout pas cet hotel il mérite d'être rafraîchi , les draps avec des tâches , le sol pareil.
The location was excellent for heaps of attractions for both day and night. Close to Perfume River walkway, which has many coffee shops.
The pool was great for a cool off.
Staff were helpful and shower facilities and luggage holding were available if you checked out but had a late bus

L'hotel è molto bello, vicino al centro ma allo stesso tempo decentrato dalla zona chiassosa, per cui tranquillo (vicino alla riva del fiume). Di notte la zona è tranquilla, ma al tempo stesso in 5 minuti a piedi potete trovare molti ristoranti e locali per cena e aperitivo.
Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Servizio laundry veloce ed economico.
Colazione non disponibile.
La zona della città imperiale è a 20 minuti a piedi, oppure pochi minuti di Grab.
Assolutamente consigliato.
La doccia a forma di tinozza, che è molto bella da vedere ma poco pratica per fare la doccia e lavare i capelli in piedi.
Forse meglio un box o mettere almeno una tenda per non allagare il bagno.
La amabilidad del personal, te ayudan en todo.
La ubicación (Hue puede ser muy ruidoso si estas cerca de las calles bulliciosas. Este está cerca, pero en un callejón tranquilo)

Location was great and the room and bed were comfortable
Cleanliness was not the best, particularly in the bathroom. A fake eyelash was stuck on the wall and all fixtures looked like they needed a clean. We also discovered a lot of mould in the bathroom, embedded in the silicone under the sink and a lot of build up on the wooden bathtub. When the water was turned on in the shower, the bathroom would smell very very bad, not the usual damp smell that is typical of South East Asia. We therefore asked for a refund for the remainder of our stay
The location, the staff, and the value can’t be beat. Our room was big and comfortable and easy walking to lots of stuff. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Great place.
Nice looking hotel. Comfortable. Had everything you need. Location has everything you need in walking distance. Tugged in a little side street. Everybody is very friendly.
Struttura particolare nel centro di hue. Personale gentilissimo ci ha dato la possibilità di lavare i vestiti, pronti il giorno dopo. Ho potuto noleggiare un motorino subito disponibile fuori dall’hotel.
La stanza era senza finestre e l’unica finestra (chiusa) dava sulla reception, quindi la camera non del tutto buia. Però ho dormito benissimo comunque.
