Pros:

Best hotel i booked on Tokyo everything was clean & beautiful and comfortable
The view was nice and the staff are friendly and speak English well
There’s free drinks on Floor 1 and microwave & ICE & drinks on floor 14
The bed was so super comfortable to sleep on

Cons:

I have booked multiple hotels with Booking and this is the first time the hotel didn't give me the bill for my stay. We arrived two days later to the hotel and I needed the bill to get compensation from the airline and the hotel told me they they don't issue bills paid to Booking. When I contacted Booking they said that the hotel should have issued me the bill. I also work on hotel reception and this is just unacceptable. We always issue bills, that is the law

Great place to stay!
Pros:

It was a great place and I wish I was there longer. The facilities were super nice, clean, spacious and exceeded my expectations. They offer breakfast AND happy hour for guests which is amazing along with their other amenities. I would totally recommend this place.

Cons:

The only thing is the location isn’t SUPER close to locations and it’s about a ten minute walk to the nearest station. Normally that’s fine but just keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage and plan to walk with it.

The location of the hotel is very comfortable, a few minutes walk to the train station. A minute from the hotel you find a few restaurants and a nice ninja playing room for kids.
