Está a 10 minutos caminando de la parada de metro Tamachi, que conecta con los principales puntos turísticos de Tokio. Tokio es una ciudad muy grande (mucho más que Madrid), por lo que los puntos turísticos se encuentran bastante alejados entre sí. Tener un metro cerca del hotel es muy util. El barrio donde está el hotel tiene de todo, y también una zona con restaurantes cerca. El hotel en sí está nuevo y muy limpio, eso sí, la habitacion la limpian cada tres noches (parece ser algo habitual en Japón). El personal es amable. El desayuno, si eres español / occidental, merece poco la pena para los 14€ que cuesta (con el tipo de cambio que pagamos nosotros cuando fuimos, que ya era muy favorable).

Nähe U-Bahnhof "Mita" ( 10 min zufuß ), sauber, modern , gute Ausstattung

Hotel liegt zufuß etwa 10 min entfernt von der Metrostation "Mita", bester Ausgang: A2. Hotel in einem modernen Hochhaus, Gästezimmer ab 14.Stock. Alles sauber und neuwertig. Personal freundlich. Zimmer 1504 mit tollem Ausblick, Kühlschränkchen vorhanden, Wlan gut, Klimaanlage.. Im Hotel Mikrowelle, Münzwaschmaschine, Getränkeautomat vorhanden. Frühstücksbuffet : vielfälfige Warm-/Kaltangebote. Preis/Leistung war für meine August-Buchung gut. Rezeption verkauft (Mehr-)Tages-Metrokarten, was ich empfehle, da man an Automaten oft Bargeld braucht, was übrigens auch für Eintrittsgelder öfter galt !!

Cons:

Werktags endet Frühstückszugang um 9.00 Uhr. Zimmer etwas eng mit Reisekoffern.

fantastic value for families
Pros:

Given how expensive hotels in Tokyo generally are, this hotel offers excellent value for money, especially for a family of three. It is conveniently located close to a JR station (Tamachi) which made it easy for us to travel to different parts of Tokyo throughout our stay. It is also close to Mita station for other lines and train to airport.

The hotel is well maintained, and our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We stayed for four nights and had a very pleasant experience. Overall, it is a great choice if you're looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced base for exploring Tokyo.

Wonderful stay in a modern hotel
Pros:

The hotel is super modern and has rooms only on upper floors of an office building. Thanks to this you have always a great view from your room. On the last day of our stay we saw Mont Fuji from our room, as it had unexpectedly emerged from behind the clouds. The hotel offered a free aperitif in the afternoons (drinks and refreshments) which we particularly appreciated after a long day of sightseeing. There was also a good variety of choice for breakfast.

Cons:

The rooms are on the small side, but this is normal in Tokyo. It is located in a nice and modern neighbourhood, but a bit far from metro stations. You have to be prepared to walk a bit to get to them.

Friendly staff and happy hour offerings

Cons:

The rooms were quite small, making it difficult to open luggage and use the bathroom at the same time. The shower wasn't very good or comfortable. Not a lot around the hotel to do.
