選んで良かったホテルです。
Pros:

施設全体が清潔でした。備え付けのポット、ドライヤーも最新で使いやすかったです。
子供の大学受験に同行し宿泊しましたが、
部屋で勉強している間にロビーのウェルカムドリンクで、くつろげました。

Cons:

朝食が洋食のみで、和食がなかったところです。

Pros:

Es la cuarta vez que volver al hotel porque siempre nos gustó mucho el barrio como la atención e instalaciones del hotel. Esta vez lo notamos aún más lindo y con desayuno mejor que nunca. Siempre querremos volver. Lo recomiendo!

Just a brilliant stay !
Pros:

Overall great stay, all the female staff service and friendliness far exceeds expectation. Highly praise the front desk girls.

Cons:

Male staff is completely hopeless, we asked for luggage trolley, he didn't understand a word of English and didn't tske action. Then i asked my Japanese friend to speak to him and he came to our room with the trolley and left the trolley outside our door !!! He didn't help and just left. I hope someone could have a chat with that male staff. Unfortunately i didn't get his name cos he probably will not nderstand my question.

chambre confortable et silencieuse pour absorber le jetlag ; bon emplacement proche d'une station de métro qui permet l'accès à l'aéroport Hanéda rapidement. Petit déjeuner varié.
