快適！
Pros:

歩き疲れてチェックインしたが、スタッフの方の温かい笑顔と言葉遣いに癒されました。どの方も笑顔で素晴らしいと感じた。
また、清潔感もあった。
朝食も美味しかったです！コスパもよく、リピートしたいです！

Redelijk verblijf in een te duur hotel
Pros:

Friendly staf, free drinks, close to station, And that we could switch rooms the next day, because our room stank. But we did spend a night in there with the bad smell.

Cons:

It is a four-star hotel, but I don't consider it a four-star hotel. Another three-star hotel was much better. The toilet cannot be flushed automatically; you have to use one of those little levers next to the bowl. I find that gross. The room is completely carpeted, which is simply not hygienic. And there is no separate area to take off your shoes. The hallways are carpeted too, so it is difficult to roll the suitcase. The room layout is also poorly arranged. There is a table with chairs, but I can't even open the suitcase! The first night we were in a room that stank! We were allowed to change rooms immediately the next day, which was nice. When I wanted to check out two hours later on the last day, I still had to pay ¥7,600. I think they should have compensated me for that. So, not very service-oriented. Otherwise, I would have given a slightly better rating.
