Para estudantes, talvez...
Pros:

As camas, ar condicionado e chuveiro são bons.

Cons:

Faltou energia elétrica 2 vezes na noite que ficamos hospedados, provavelmente devido à sobrecarga na rede, pois uma vez foi quando liguei o segundo ar condicionado e outra quando um hóspede de outro apartamento ligou o chuveiro.
A porta do apartamento que fiquei não trancava por dentro, só por fora.
O estacionamento tem pouquíssimo espaço para manobrar quando tem mais de 3 carros. Para quem é estudante, talvez compense.
