I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for future visits.
Pros:

The hotel prides itself in service and customer satisfaction, and staff are always eager to help. It has an in-house restaurant with amazing food and sells ice cold beer - a commodity that is not easy to find. It is also close to a modern metro station and on route for many tuk-tuks and taxis.

Cons:

The cleanliness in the hallways could be improved, but this is a general comment for any hotel with carpets. The rooms were however spotless.

Good but expected better for the amount paid.
Pros:

Nice, clean rooms. The staff were fine and helpful

Cons:

some of the facilities were only available on request. Some of the necessary items were understocked in the room like bath towels (only one set in a room for two!). Room could be a bit more cleaner.

Quite disappointing, fortunately it was only for a night and it was near the airport

Location was near airport and metro station

Cons:

Poor hotel facilities. Corridor to the rooms were smelly, perhaps from the carpet. Overall room was also not comfortable, toilet was very small.

Pros:

I recently stayed at this hotel in Chennai on a business trip and was very impressed with the overall experience. From check‑in to check‑out, the staff were professional, courteous, and genuinely eager to help. They handled my early check‑in request smoothly and also arranged a reliable airport transfer, which was a big plus given my tight schedule.
The room was clean, well‑maintained, and thoughtfully designed for business travellers.
Breakfast was excellent, with a good mix of Indian and international options.
Location‑wise, the hotel is convenient for business travel in Chennai: with super easy access to the airport (<15-20 min by cab or metro), but it is >30-45 min from the city centre, beaches, and main historic sites to visit. There are, however, plenty of cabs available at all hours.
Overall, this hotel offers great value for business travellers: efficient service, comfortable rooms, dependable Wi‑Fi, and a convenient location. I would gladly stay here again on my next trip to Chennai and have no hesitation recommending it to colleagues.

Cons:

There are minimal things to dislike. The air-conditioning was strong and it might be felt overpowering by European travellers. But this is understandable in a city where there are often high temperatures and humidity all year around.
