Could be better
Pros:

Mella hotel is a great place to stay if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle from the city. It's close to the airport and a grab away to almost every thing you need.
The staff is excellent. Shout-out to Princess (Cess) their Guest Services Associate. She made my stay much better by listening to my 'gripe' about the room I was assigned to. It didn't take long for her to fix the issue and made sure the test of my stay was comfortable. The bathroom needs more attention when it comes to cleaning.
There's a room for improvement when it comes to breakfast tho. I'd like to see more of Filipinos 'kakanin' rather than veggies 😉
I still plan of going back to stay at this hotel on my next vacation and hoping to see some refinement.

Overall I found your hotel to be acceptable and a fair value.
Pros:

All Staff and helpers were very attentive, polite, and neat. I did tip to show my appreciation and support for their efforts. I must say all the Attendants were EXCELLENT!!!

Cons:

I did not like the location and inconveniences of your outdoor pool. I was also expecting a garden area or location to sit outside your hotel. No juices, or cereals at your breakfast sitting was disappointing. Not enough alcohol and beer choices at your bar was also a negative for me. Lot of menu items were not avaialable when requested. Obviously some of my dislikes are in place and can not be altered, but a better stock at your bar, and Restaurant could be considered.

Great position away from the bustling city centre, with fast food outlets at your doorstep.
Pros:

It would be unjust to single out a person; all the sections from the concierges, the reception staff, management, the housekeeping team, the technical staff to set up the Wi-Fi, and the restaurant staff were all friendly, professional, and super helpful.
My extended family and I only received care, respect, and genuine friendliness.

Cons:

The swimming pool should not be used as a smoking area if kids are using the pool.
The hotel should have a preferred transport provider and have the hotel as a pickup point.

Near airport so good for overnight stay
Pros:

Reception staff were very helpful. Coffee area was nice too.

Cons:

First room smelt badly of damp so we asked to be moved. Very noisy rooms are not double glazed so traffic noise is constant. Breakfast was not great.

We did have amazing long stay almost whole month of December and see you soon.
Pros:

Lot's of choices but I'm a vegetarian person hope they could add more on vegetarian dishes you could request. Thank you so much to all receptionist Cess can't remember all of them,Porter/driver Gibson,nice to see them all,Ron,Mafe, JM Jomark,Tyrone,Maintenance Engr.Ben always smiley,nice to see old faces Thank you to Carlo general manager. Please have your SPA back thank you.

Great for price but could use some improvements to make it a lot better.
Pros:

Lobby was nice and staff were very friendly and courteous. Beds were comfy and sheets were soft.

Cons:

Hallways and elevator smelled very musty, as well the bathroom was a bit musty as well. Bathroom could have been more clean and ac gave off a moldy smell. Breakfast was just okay.
