Не рекомендую данную хозяйку.
Pros:

Сам кондо хороший, на пару дней пребывания подойдет. Территория охраняется. На въезде в кондо есть продуктовый.
В номере нет шкафов для одежды, это не удобно.

Cons:

Хозяйка квартиры не вернула нам залог 1000 песо. Мы заранее несколько раз обговорили время и день выселения. Она обещала подойти к этому времени и вернуть залог, но она не пришла. Она даже не подумала отправить кого-то за себя сделать это. Мы рассчитывали на эти деньги, так как это была наша последняя наличка, чтобы доехать до аэропорта. Мы чуть не опоздали на рейс, так как нам в последний момент пришлось бежать со всеми чемоданами до банкомата.
