Невероятный персонал.организовал нам трансфер ! Оставалась с мамой все чисто убрано

There was a bad smell from the drains in room 5 , and no shower door so the floor was soaked when you had a shower .

Great Place for Value Money!
Pros:

La ubicación ( muy restaurante Bukhara 93 justo debajo y buena oficina tipo de cambio). Al lado Café Costa ( si te gusta el café y buen precio en comparación con restaurante turcos). Supermercado al lado. 1 minuto andando de Mezquita Azul y parada de trum.

Buen servicio todo el tiempo. Nuestro anfitrión nos atendió rápido y dio respuesta a cualquier pregunta.

Мені сподобалось дуже зручне розташування, чистий номер і приміщення. В кожної кімнати була своя поличка з контейнером для продуктів. Була вода, чай і кава в номері. Також чайник
В наявності навіть є порошок для прання, пральна машинка, мікрохвильовка і весь необхідний посуд для приготування їжі.
Є вихід на терасу ресторану прямо з готелю. Там відкривається гарний вид на місто і море.
В моєму номері був вид на сусідню кришу)) але мені це не псувало настрій

Була в номері 2
З двох кранів текла гаряча вода. Але хозяін помешкання сказав, що питання вирішить.
Не дуже чистий посуд.

Cons:

The place was very dirty:
1. a lot of dust on the floor,
2. spider webs in the corners
3. bed linen with stains and of the grey color (was white in the past)
4. Dirty walls
5. Ants sneaking around the room and going under the bed and on the bed.
So I really do not understand how the property get 9 points for cleanness on booking, it seems that all the comments are fake.

+ the smell of food from a nearby restaurant.
I have videos showing ants on the bed. It was room n6.

We reserved 3 nights, after 1st night we moved to another hotel because I am allergic to dust and the issue with ants were not solved. Social House Mil proposed us to cancel the 2 nights and to get back our money. But when I asked how I will get my money back, because according to the cancellation policy of Booking.com it can not be refunded. The property never get back to me with the answer.
And Booking.com just did not do anything about situation. And came back to us after we was already get back home. According to the policy they have to get back to you 24h hours after.
