Pros:

Great place to be for a quite get away.
Access to restaurants amazing
Rail Station is literally across the road from the hotel, easy access to different areas.
Staff where lovely and accommodating.

Cons:

Roof top pool was closed as its winter.
I know its cold but I would have loved to access the rooftop pool during my stay.

Pros:

Frukosten ingick inte i priset och jag valde inte att se hur deras frukost erbjudanden var

Cons:

De behöver se över tapeten i rummen samt sängkläderna och handdukarna. Mina sängkläder var fläckiga, tapeten var också fläckig, brist på galgar i garderoben, tvättmaskinen luktade mögel och hade lagring som luktade illa och lukten fastnade mina nytvättade kläder. Av alla fyra hotel som jag bodde i var denna som tog betalt för att få använda tvättmaskinen. Det ska ingå i hotellkostnaden / servicen. Personalen behöver känna sig trygga och bekväma i att prata engelska.

En general todo muy bien!!

Cons:

Que el aire acondicionado no estaba limpio, los filtros del aire estaban muy sucio y que cuando yo iba a desayunar la comida no estaba disponible.

가성비 호텔 굿이었습니다. 역에 내리자 마자 바로 있어서 찾기 편했습니다. 굿굿 시설도 기대 이상이었구요. 만족스러웠습니다.
침구가 생각보다 먼지가 많았구요. 전철 지나가는 소리 땜시 시끄러웠습니다. 그리고 에어컨 돌아 가는 소리로 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 다른 것은 만족했습니다. 그것 말고는 가성비 짱이었습니다. 조식은 안먹어서 모르겠습니다. 잠만 자고 올 수 있는 것으로는 가성비 가격으로 짱이었습니다.

Cons:

린스가 없다는 것이 아쉬웠습니다. 다른 것은 다 있어서 만족했습니다. 그것 말고는 아쉬웠던 것은 없었습니다.

Dear hotel management,

I would like to share my thoughts on my recent stay at your hotel. To begin with, the moment I entered the premises, I was struck by the level of dirt — cigarette butts scattered around and an overall unsanitary appearance, which created a very unpleasant first impression.

Inside, the situation didn’t improve. The sofas at the reception area were stained, and the lobby looked very unclean. However, the worst part was the room: there were visible stains on the walls, the floor was so dirty that it was impossible to walk in socks — only in shoes. The sink had stains, and almost all of the towels were yellowed. There was no cleaning service in the room, even after I pressed the call button.

The only positive aspect was the responsiveness of the staff — they were polite and tried to assist.

Nevertheless, due to the unsatisfactory cleanliness in your hotel, we unfortunately do not plan to return. We hope you will improve the thoroughness and quality of your cleaning in the future.

Pros:

It was clean.

Cons:

The room smelt bad - like damp or mold. I then found out there was mold all over the ceiling and peeling wallpaper to reveal more mold. This is really bad for health but also bad that no one had taken the proper steps to clean it. Also when I came to check in, there was no one at the desk and seemingly no way to call someone until they suddenly came out of the elevator 5 minutes later.
