Bon sejour
Pros:

La chambre etait spacieuse et le lit également. Chambre très propre. Il y avait la clim, et une moustiquaire.
Le personnel est a notre ecoute, très sympathique.

Cons:

Le restaurant : nous n'avons pas aimé la nourriture. J'ai été malade après chaque petit déjeuner. Mais le personnel etait très sympathique

Pros:

The location was good. It was spotlessly clean however the negatives outweigh the positives due to bad management The pool was great and the food was good however it took an unreasonable time to come.

Cons:

The staff were very polite but it was obvious there was no training Our second night we ordered food at 7.30 and by 9pm still nothing. The bar had also run out of beer. The staff seemed lost and this can only be put down to management. There is clearly and issue in the kitchen and lack of training. This hotel had the potential be very good. There is works going on in the street but this does not effect the hotel.

Pros:

We were a group 13 and truly enjoyed our stay at BKBG! The staff were incredibly accommodating with great attention to detail!! Special mention to Toby who made sure all our needs were well attended to. The rooms were very comfortable, I'd highly recommend!

Unforgettable Stay with Exceptional Service at Hotel Bkbg
Pros:

I had an amazing experience at Hotel Bkbg! From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I have to give a special shoutout to two incredible team members — Tobi and another gentleman who quickly became my two favorite people during my stay. They were always ready to help, friendly, and truly made me feel at home.
Whatever I needed, they were there with a smile and a solution. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and it made my trip even more memorable.
I will definitely be staying at Hotel Bkbg again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-tier service and and a warm, welcoming atmosphere!

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like about the property. Everything was great — clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be staying at Hotel Bkbg again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic hotel experience!

Huge Rooms and Lovely Staff
Pros:

We only stayed here one night, but the staff were so friendly and accomodating. The rooms are HUGE. Breakfast was very filling, we were offered eggs, an assortment of bread, salad, fruit, juice, tea and coffee. The kids enjoyed the pool and the games out on the terrace. The manager, Toby, was very friendly and our kids loved his dog, Moon.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are big with a refreshing pool. There is a really cute cafe near by as well.

Our stay was comfortable and the staff were quite nice and friendly.
Pros:

The breakfast wasn't that interesting. 1st day was good but afterwards the breakfast became quite boring. The location was quite good.

Cons:

There was no menu in the room which made it almost impossible to order food as room service. There was no directory and this made it impossible to call the reception etc. There should be a waste paper basket in the rooms. The only dustbin provided was in the bathroom which always became quite messy. The water from the tap was not clear and pure.
