Amazing
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made the whole experience very comfortable and relaxing.

The room was spacious, cozy, and thoughtfully designed with all the facilities you could need. I especially appreciated the little touches like complimentary green tea and coffee—it made the stay feel even more welcoming and peaceful.

また泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした！
Pros:

駅から近く、部屋の中も綺麗でした！
今まで泊まったホテルの中で1番居心地が良かったです。

Cons:

夜０時ごろでも、走り屋？の車の音がうるさかったです。
疲れていればそこまで気にならずに眠れるかも。

PERFETTO SOLO PER UNO O MASSIMO DUE GIORNI. E' TROPPO STRETTO
Pros:

POSIZIONE ( praticamente sotto la fermata della metropolitana ). Ho contato 15 passi dall'ultimo gradino della metro al corridoio che porta all'ingresso dell'hotel.
Bagno abbastanza spazioso e la doccia comoda e rilassante.

Cons:

Spazi estremamente piccoli :( ma per fortuna il bagno era abbastanza spazioso e la doccia comunque comoda e rilassante.

Il letto era abbastanza comodo solo che uno dei due non può scendere dal proprio lato perchè manca spazio tra muro e letto....
Il lavandino fuori dal bagno...Per me il lavandino deve sempre stare dentro nel bagno, perchè ognuno si lava a suo modo e potrebbe bagnare fuori, il lavandino praticamente è in zona ingresso quasi.. e quindi occupa visibilmente spazio alla camera in sè.
Mancano appenderie, mobili, tavoli e/o sedie di appoggio.. è un disastro se arrivate con 2 valigie grandi e zaini ( nel senso che non avete proprio il posto dove mettere la vostra roba e dovete praticamente aprire e chiudere ogni volta la valigia perchè non sapreste dove metterla, se non nel corridoietto che segue la porta di ingresso )

Non si possono aprire le finestre... muori dal caldo dopo la doccia, se non usi il condizionatore.
Ti devi mettere il cappotto praticamente una volta sceso e uscito dall'hotel, perché altrimenti sudi 7 camicie.

Pros:

駅近、近くに飲食店、スーパー等がある。
少し歩けば難波駅。

Review
Pros:

I liked pretty much everything, we were two people staying only one night and I would definitely come back. It looks modern, you have all the appliances and kit you need. It was the biggest room we got in 3 cities we visited in Japan. So I would say not bad. The shampoo and conditioner were really good quality. Staff was helpful, everything went smooth. There is a train station right outside of the hotel.
