Pros:

Very clean, reasonably sized room with nice amenities. Staff were lovely and check in/out was easy. Location was very ideal with access to the station less than a minutes walk away!

Cons:

The window didn’t open at all to let fresh air in, however many accomodations are the same so it’s not unexpected.

駅ちかで移動が楽
Pros:

地下鉄駅からとても近いしコンビニもすぐなので便利だった。思ったより静かで快適だった。

Pros:

場所と値段。コスパが最高。
種類豊富なお茶・珈琲や、ちゃんと効く冷蔵庫、上品ともいうべきケットルが好き。居間に集中してほかの部分を削減する部屋のデザインも合理的。テレビの下のソファが役に立つ。
チェックアウトの時間が遅くて有難い。周辺ごく近くにコンビニもおいしい店も多くて出張にも旅行にも憩いの場としてふさわしい。

Cons:

窓が開けない見えないのは小さい部屋にして多少狭苦しく感じられます。ホテルに全くロビーたる空間が無いのは、正しいデザインでしょうけど快適ではないのも本音ですね…外のまちにも店は多いが休む・回るべき場所は無いから忙しい出張にしても制限が感じられます。

It was modern and clean but I think they could have been more helpful and cleaned more often.
Pros:

Good location, quiet, quite modern

Cons:

Very small even for Japan, they didn’t only cleaned the room once every 4 days and didn’t provide new towels you had to go a collect them. When we checked out our flight wasn’t until later on that night and they wouldn’t hold our luggage for us which every other hotel in Japan that I stayed in did - very disappointed with this.

Thoughtful, clean, and comfortable
Pros:

First of all, great location, right above the metro and away from crowds and tourist traps. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and modern. Thoughtful amenities, clean towels and pyjamas, and the staff went above and beyond, organising a courier when we discovered we’d left something behind after we’d checked out. Will return!

Cons:

Nothing, to be honest. What we expected and more!
