Good location, not so good customer experience
Pros:

Location only. Right next to the metro station and convenience store.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned once during our four night stay. You had to pick up bin bags and clean towels from the reception yourself. We had a false fire alarm and had to rush downstairs and no one in the staff informed us that it was a false alarm until after the fact while we were waiting outside in our pyjamas. No proper communication to even say it is safe to go upstairs, we had to go in and ask.

Pros:

The property is located just steps away from the Daikokucho subway station, which was extremely convenient. It was well-kept and clean, and staff was very helpful!

Pros:

ビジネス利用だったので、シンプル快適で、清潔感もあり、本当に寝る場所として選ぶならば最高なのではないかと思います。

Cons:

朝ごはんもと思いましたが、このホテルの周辺にはごはんやさんやカフェ、スーパー、コンビニも沢山あるので困らなかったです。

While the location was incredibly convenient with the metro and food options right outside, the stay was ultimately let
Pros:

The location is absolutely fantastic and super convenient. Having a metro station right outside the hotel made getting around the city incredibly easy. There are also tons of great options for food just steps away from the property.

Cons:

The room was disappointing because it wasn't clean and had a noticeable smell. There was a gap between the bed and the wall that clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time, and the bathroom wasn’t up to standard either. Additionally, the curtains in the room wouldn't open at all, leaving the space completely dark. If the room had been clean, this would have been a great stay, but the lack of hygiene really let it down.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit kleinen und modernen Zimmern in einer sehr guten Lage direkt an der Bahnstation.

Cons:

De manière assez surprenante, très peu de gens à l'accueil, donc assez compliqué si on a des questions ou soucis.
Problème d'isolation dans les chambres, vous entendez les voisins et inversement.

Urban, Metro in Gehweite
Pros:

Gleich die Metro-Linie vor der Tür. Keine tägliche Reinigung. Sollten Handtücher, Müllbeutel, Toilettenartikel etc. gebraucht werden, können sie an der Rezeption mitgenommen werden.

Cons:

Kein Gepäcklieferservice und ein Aufzug für 9 Stockwerke mit insgesamt um die 50 Zimmern. Hat immer ein wenig gedauert bis man aufs Zimmer gekommen ist (überhaupt bei der Anreise mit Koffern). Generell wie man es für japanische Verhältnisse kennt, kleine Zimmer.
