DON'T GO THERE!!
Pros:

Wifi was good. Close proximity to the MRT. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Everything. Room wasn't ready until well after check-in time. Apart from.the MRT, the location was questionable & we felt unsafe. Nowhere to sit in the lobby. The smallest room we have EVER stayed in, & the worst hotel out of 22 properties on our 80 day holiday around the world. The swimming pool & courtyard was a joke. So was the 3 star rating - more like zero stars.

The stay would have been much better. Manager is to be changed.

The location of the property was good and accessible

Cons:

The manager of the property during my check-in was extremely cold and unaccommodating.
He was only focused taking money . We kept calling the person for linen water and other services, he was not helpful at all. He was not available in the property for the whole time. He just collected the money for check-in and he got disappeared. I would want to raise a complain against him so that he doesn’t give pain to other consumers/visitors.

Terrible value for money

The location was convenient just 200m from rochor mrt

Cons:

Reception was generally not staffed despite being marked as 24/7 in the booking description, and the entrance was shared with a pizza restaurant (taking up half the small lobby). There was little to separate our ground level room from this, making it feel very exposed to the street and noise. There was a broken step within the room, general air of dishevelment about it, and the sheets did not feel clean - yet they asked for a $100 security deposit which did not feel justified given the poor state of the hotel.

Awful.
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Everything, room said it sleeps 4, there was only one bed.
The room was not very clean.
Foyer was sectioned off, it appeared someone was sleeping and smoking in a section closed off by a curtain.
Had to ask for extra towels and toilet paper multiple times.
Would not recommend or stay there again. We were there as a family and did not feel safe.

Pros:

Sadly, I did not like anything about The Daulat. It did not meet my expectations at all.

Cons:

The staff wasn't that friendly. I had to wait for 3 - 4 minutes before I was attended to someone. Had to deposit cash. And once reached the room, it was horrible!!!! Did not take care of the facility and hence it was not value for money.
