Excellent short break.
Pros:

Nice country pub in excellent location. Friendly welcome. Everything fully explained. Room nice and clean with tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast and dinner very good with nice choice.

A good pub made exceptional by the staff.
Pros:

Good breakfast. Would have liked “proper” bread to go with homemade jam and marmalade.
Two good evening meals but a salad or light fish dish would be good addition to menu.
Super king bedroom excellent

Great, good value stay with lovely staff and food
Pros:

Easy access from good car park. Comfortable room and bed and good en suite bathroom. Nice dinner and breakfast. Good value with reasonable prices compared to other options in the area.

Cons:

Single room maybe a tad small but not a problem - just to be aware of.

Comfortable, great service, fun.
Pros:

Breakfast and evening meal served cheerfully and with humour and of a very high standard

Cons:

One bedside lamp flashed. Rest was very impressive. We hope to return. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay in this lovely, rural, trsditionsl inn.

The bar closed early, at 8.30 on a Friday night because we were the only people in the bar.

Cons:

Shower screens need looking at, as water escapes onto floor. Could benefit from

hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes while taking shower. Only minor stuff.

Pleasant enough and convenient for our planned trip. Just unlucky with the bathroom and size of meal
Pros:

Breakfast good. Very nice bright breakfast room. Large car park. Room was clean and tidy .

Cons:

Bathroom needed maintenance. Smell of drains. Sink didnt hold water. No hand wash.
Evening meal served on cold plates. Fish & chips, fish was no bigger than a childs portion. We did not complain at the time.

Friendly, accommodating and good value for the money.
Pros:

Excellent, professional and friendly staff. They were accommodating and made you feel welcome. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order and well presented. The parking was convenient with easy access to the accommodation.

Cons:

The room was small and a touch musty but had sufficient amenities for a comfortable stay. It was excellent value for money.

Fabulous- we will definitely book again if we’re in the area
Pros:

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Beds extremely comfy and good showers. The breakfast was also exceptional

Cons:

Nothing much - we were facing the main road which was quite noisy in the morning. It would have been great to have a mini fridge as I usually bring some of my own soft drinks

Pros:

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Bett ist komfortabel und alles ist sauber. Das Abendessen war prima, der Parkplatz auf dem Hof ausreichend groß und man kann mit dem Hund schnell eine kleine Gassirunde machen.
