Pros:

The lady at the front desk was super helpful. I had some flickering lights in the room and she immediately had someone fix it. The room was clean and big enough.

Cons:

Room number 1 was next to the street and although it's not a busy street, any car or truck passing by can wake you up. At night there's not much traffic though.

Struttura nel centro di Sarajevo per un soggiorno low cost
Pros:

La struttura è in posizione veramente centrale. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e attentissimo nell'aiutarci con vari problemi. Self check in comodo. Abbiamo fatto due notti qui, una notte a Mostar e una notte di nuovo qui e ci hanno tenuto i bagagli nel deposito per la notte in mezzo ai due soggiorni per permetterci di viaggiare leggere. Veramente gentili e premurosi. Buon wifi e area comune carina.

Cons:

Purtroppo la struttura non ci ha soddisfatte. Camere piccolissime, letti singoli minuscoli e scomodi, alcuni materassi neanche entravano nella struttura del letto. Lenzuola pulite ma macchiate. Bagno puzzolentissimo di scarico, invivibile. Doccia senza tenda o altro e molto scadente. Camere un po' fatiscenti. Per arrivarci preparatevi ad una bella salita dal centro.

Konumu harika, tesis genel olarak temiz, check-in işlemi çok kolaydı, otele geç saatte gitmiş olmamıza rağmen kolaylıkla odamıza geçebildik. Resepsiyon personeli hanımefendi çok ilgiliydi.

Cons:

Odalarda saç kurutma makinesi ve buzdolabı yok, bu eksikler tamamlanırsa çok daha harika olabilirdi.

Great location but not well cleaned
Pros:

The location of the apartment was great and staff were very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned properly. It was visibly clear that the floor needed to be vacuumed, the bathroom floor was also not well-cleaned, and there was a (new but still!) condom in the bedside drawer. That really detracted a lot from what was otherwise an OK room, although it was much smaller than I expected. There was also a kettle but nothing to make coffee or tea with, a TV for which I couldn't find the remote and didn't seem to work when trying manually, and only one pillow on the bed although there was an extra in the cupboard — just with no case. I know that what I booked was called the "budget double room" but I think budget doesn't mean not clean.

Overall OK for the one-night stay I had but I don't think I would have been happy here longer.

Très bien pour les petits budgets

Personnel tres agréable

Cons:

Chambre au rez-de-chaussée donnant sur la rue très mal insonorisée et malgré l’épaisseur des rideaux on est gêné par les phares des voitures.

La chambre et la salle de bains sont propres mais la vétusté de la moquette donne une mauvaise impression
