Location was good, staff was friendly, rms were clean

Cons:

there were no refrigerators in the room so we could keep cold beverages around. The toilet in our rm was very slow to fill and so it was constantly running and the sound was very loud. Maintenance came to fix it but the problem continued. There was also a smell of raw sewage coming out the bathroom drain. Also, the hotel includes complementary breakfast with the stay for everyone except through booking.com - because booking charges extra to include the breakfast, if you don't add it, breakfast is excluded and will explicitly say it when you get to the hotel.

La ubicación y la comida del restaurante

Cons:

Es un hotel aceptable, realmente no me descresto, esta enfocado mas para viajeros corporativos… pero mas alla de eso tienen varias oportunidades de mejora:
1. Las toallas tenían los dobladillos rotos y descocidos
2. Los amenities son normales y no incluye acondicionador
3. La recepcionista que me atendió me dijo que el hotel estaba full y que no tenían disponibilidad de late check out, por lo que entré a revisar y si tenían disponibilidad de habitaciones ese día, me llegó una encuesta y como los califiqué mal ahí si me dieron la opción pagando usd$70 (demasiado costoso)
4. El ruido de los pasillos se escucha en la habitación

L'hôtel est super bien situé, proche de la grande avenue Reforma. Les chambres étaient très confortables, propres. Le personnel super gentil, et le petit déjeuner très bon aussi.

Pros:

Very good area, very safe and relatively close to the airport. Within walking distance (15-20 mins) there are a lot of bars and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

I think the staff could have been friendlier but they weren't rude or anything. Otherwise, everything was great!
