Fantastic location!
Pros:

Great location, clean, & wonderful staff.

Cons:

Air conditioning never truly cooled the room, & cleaning staff woke us up talking loudly. We had to advise manager about the noise & it was fixed. Junior suite didn’t feel like one (small) & bathroom was very small. Not worth the $!

Buen lugar para hospedarse en México.
Pros:

La ubicación es lo mejor, cerca de Reforma y a distancia a pie de muchos sitios. Por Lerma hay bastantes sitios para ir a comer y es una zona por la que se puede caminar con seguridad. El desayuno es muy bueno, variado y los meseros que lo sirven muy atentos y preocupados porque todos estén bien atendidos. La cama es cómoda.

Cons:

La habitación es un poco incómoda y el aseo del baño, de la habitación (el tapete), de la cama y el mismo estado de la lencería puede mejorar. Lo positivo es que cuando hice la observación la atendieron, cambiaron todo y se preocuparon mucho de ahí en adelante porque todo estuviera limpio.

A localização é excelente, lugar super seguro, dá pra fazer tudo a pé. O quarto era de um tamanho excelente, o chuveiro era muito bom, os travesseiros e a cama super confortáveis.
Pagamos por uma diária com café da manhã e foi a melhor decisão, o café é excelente, a qualidade da comida é muito boa e a equipe do restaurante é muito simpática e proativa.

Cons:

Tentaram me fazer reservar um quarto específico e pagar a mais por isso, mesmo quando eu mandei um email falando que não queria e estava feliz com o quarto que reservei pelo Booking. O valor das taxas não está claro o suficiente e a cobrança de valor diferente do que estava no Booking me deixou confusa na hora do checkin. Depois esclarecemos tudo, mas isso pode ser melhorado na comunicação do hotel previamente.
