Pros:

Персоналът на рецепция беше любезен.

Cons:

Паркинга беше много кален. Трябваше постоянно някой да ходи да помоли за отваряне на бариерата. Целият хотел миришеше лошо. Стаите не изглеждат като на снимките. Много по-мрачни и мръсни са. Сапуна миришеше на лекарства. А най-потресаващото беше, че в едното легло имаше забравени чорапи от предишни гости, което ни говори, че чаршафите изобщо не са били сменяни. Бяхме за две нощувки и никой не почисти стаята през това време.

Worst experience ever in Istanbul!

Maybe the location was kind of okay

Cons:

The bed was very inconfortable - it was old memory foam mattress which there is a "hole" when you body lies.
The room was very dirty. When checked in the room I told receptionist that it is dirty a have to clean the carpet and to bring toilet paper. I had to remind 3 times for the toilet paper as there was not any and I bought it from the store. The parking - this is not parking this is muddy lake where you park and when you go out of the car (or come to the car) you are all dirty.
Going in this muddy lake and going out you have to ask the reception every time. There is camera and no one is looking at it.
Don't look at the photos - these photos are when they open the hotel. The carpets are so dirty. I am sure they have never seen a vacuum cleaner. Our carpet in the room has not only hair.

Отличный отель, заслуживает 10/10!
С самого момента заселения всё было на высшем уровне: приветливый и внимательный персонал, быстрое оформление, всегда готовы помочь с любым вопросом. Номер был идеально чистым, уютным и современным, с комфортной кроватью и всем необходимым для отдыха.

Однозначно рекомендую этот отель и с удовольствием вернусь сюда снова!

Very welcoming, i had to come early because i had a medical procedure and the staff was very nice and caring, great breakfast also and good tips to go around town

Gözü kapalı kalınır bu otelde.
Pros:

Bir otelde kalırken neyi bekliyorsanız, hepsini fazlasıyla karşılıyor. Rahatlık, temizlik, konfor, konum, fiyat, personel özellikleri kısaca herşey gerçekten mükemmel. Tüm personele buradan teşekkür etmek istiyorum.
