I frequently accommodate post-operative patients here because of the hotel’s proximity to the hospital. Unfortunately, I experience problems almost every time. Patients need peace, cleanliness, and understanding, but instead they often face unnecessary stress due to poor organization and lack of flexibility.
The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke despite being presented as a non-smoking room. The cleanliness was below expectations, and it did not feel properly prepared for new guests. This is especially disappointing when accommodating patients who have just undergone surgery.
I have stayed here multiple times because of the location, but the quality has never improved. The staff struggles to communicate in English, the rooms frequently smell of cigarettes, and the bathrooms are not cleaned properly. Definitely not the standard you would expect.
The biggest problem with this hotel is not the building itself, but the attitude of the staff. Instead of helping guests solve problems, they create new ones. Communication is poor, they refuse to take responsibility for mistakes, and they make guests feel like they are the problem.
The hotel’s location is convenient, but that’s where the positives end. The smell of cigarette smoke is noticeable throughout the property, the rooms are not cleaned to an acceptable standard, and the bathrooms are particularly disappointing. Customer communication is also difficult because the staff speaks very little English.
Cleanliness needs major improvement. The bathrooms were dirty, the room smelled like people had been smoking inside for years, and overall hygiene was below basic expectations. The language barrier with the reception staff made solving these issues almost impossible.
Reservations are not respected, additional charges appear without clear explanation, and simple requests become unnecessary arguments. A hotel should make guests feel welcome, not force them to fight for services they have already paid for.
They did upgrade my room for free but it was still quite a poor experience. Although the staff was friendly, the hotel is in a terrible state.
Upon my arrival there was very little soap and toilet paper left in the bathroom. The room very strongly smelled like old tobacco that has been absorbed by the walls, and on the bed frame there was a hole burned in by someone's cigarette. For me as a non-smoker and a person with asthma it was an immense discomfort. The floors were very dirty and in general the surfaces were very dusty. The slippers I was given were almost made of paper and broke on the first use. The lights in the corridor were either not working or were flickering, gave an impression of a horror movie set. Had to walk through a dark corridor to get to my room.
Because I got sick on my stay I had a runny nose and asked for extra toilet paper - the staff refused to give me what I needed (considering there was almost no toilet paper at all upon arrival anyway). They said "tomorrow" which never happened so I went to supermarket to buy it. Ridiculous. On top of everything, big lights in the room were not working so in the evening I had to be in dimmed light only. Shower cabin had mold and smelled like sewage.
As much as some of the staff was polite, the hotel is in a horrible state and unfortunately I will not be coming back nor recommending it to others.

J'ai demandé de changer le bouillard et les draps et ils m'ont changé ça tres vite. Il ya une climatisation et une petite frigidaire. J'ai aimé l'emplacement qui proche des bus et plusieurs cafés et restos. Je retournerai

Das Personal ist ausgezeichnet, freundlich hilfsbereit.
Die Ausstattung veraltet und nicht besonders auf dem Besten Stand aber Klima Anlage in jedem Zimmer. Sie haben aber sofort auf ein anderes Zimmer sogar größeres Zimmer umgebucht, als wir mit eins nicht zufrieden waren.
Das Bett war sehr bequem.
