Personel gerçekten çok nazik, güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Her konuda bize destek oldular, bizimle birlikte düşünüp en iyi çözümü bulmaya çalıştılar. Hizmet kalitesi gerçekten harikaydı.

Odalar temiz ve bakımlıydı. Oteli kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz ve gelecekte tekrar burada konaklamayı planlıyoruz. Ayrıca otelin konumu da çok iyi. Toplu taşımaya yürüyerek kolayca ulaşabiliyorsunuz, bu da konaklamayı çok daha rahat hale getiriyor.

The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They were always willing to assist us and took the time to think along with us to find the best solutions. Their service was truly excellent.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. We highly recommend this hotel and definitely plan to come back in the future. The location is also great, with public transportation within easy walking distance, making it very convenient to get around.

Ich werde immer nur das Mardy Hotel buchen, wenn ich in Istanbul bin...
Pros:

Ich war jetzt schon zum dritten Mal (innerhalb von einem Jahr) im Mardy Hotel...es ist ein sehr familiäres, freundliches und gemütliches Hotel in einer guten Lage (Medical Park Hospital und mehrere medizinische Universitäten)...der Besitzer und seine Frau vom Mardy Hotel, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wie auch das Personal...ich kann das Hotel wärmstens weiter empfehlen ...ich fliege nächstes Jahr wieder nach Istanbul und werde sicher wieder das Mardy Hotel buchen 👍😀

Ár-érték arány. Tágas fürdőszoba. Tiszta. Csöndes. Segítőkész személyzet.

Cons:

Kevés hely volt az ágy mellett. Mindig ugyanaz volt a reggeli. Éjjel betört a portás a szobánkba, nem tudom kit keresett, de nem vicces. A kilátás sajátos volt, némi romokra rálátással.

С самого первого дня нас окружили вниманием, заботой и настоящим турецким гостеприимством. Отель превзошел все ожидания: безупречная чистота, уютные номера, прекрасная атмосфера, вкусная еда и высокий уровень сервиса сделали наше пребывание по-настоящему комфортным.

Особую благодарность хочу выразить менеджеру Рамазану за его профессионализм, внимательность и ответственное отношение к каждому гостю. Благодаря таким людям хочется возвращаться сюда снова и снова.
