С самого момента заселения всё было на высшем уровне: приветливый и внимательный персонал, быстрое оформление, всегда готовы помочь с любым вопросом. Номер был идеально чистым, уютным и современным, с комфортной кроватью и всем необходимым для отдыха.

Однозначно рекомендую этот отель и с удовольствием вернусь сюда снова!

Gözü kapalı kalınır bu otelde.
Pros:

Bir otelde kalırken neyi bekliyorsanız, hepsini fazlasıyla karşılıyor. Rahatlık, temizlik, konfor, konum, fiyat, personel özellikleri kısaca herşey gerçekten mükemmel. Tüm personele buradan teşekkür etmek istiyorum.

Herşey mükemmel
Pros:

Çok sıklıkla kalıyorum ve bundan sonraki seyahatlerimde de tek tercih edeceğim otel. Konum mükemmel, metrobüs durağına 70 metre uzaklıkta. Hemen yanında çok sayıda kafe, restoran ve alışveriş marketleri var. Çalışanlar son derece kibar, güleryüzlü ve yardımseverler. Hizmet kalitesi/fiyat dengesi çok iyi. Tavsiye ettiğim tüm arkadaşlarım kaldılar ve bana teşekkür ettiler.

Good polite staff. A good hotel room. A very convenient transport interchange, you can reach anywhere in Istanbul.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that the reservation didn't specify that the room chosen was half underground and ground-level windows overlooking the covered summer playground. The room lacked sunlight. If I had known this at the booking stage, I would have chosen a different option. Also, the smell of cigarettes could be heard from the hallway, I don't smoke, and the smell seemed very sharp to me. Maybe we're unlucky with the neighbors, I don't think the smell of cigarettes there is always there. I lived for 2 days and realized that I was sorely lacking sunlight and the smell of cigarettes only added stress. I talked to a hotel employee, he showed me the available rooms and our family moved into a nice bright room, it was lovely. I never heard cigarette smoke again. The room I chose was a class above, and I paid extra for it. But I'd rather know this in advance, as we had to significantly cut the travel budget because of it.

Oda temizliği çok kötü ve odada sigara içilmesi yasak olmasına rağmen sigara içilmiş çok kötü bi koku hakimdi ( bu konuyu anahtarı verirlerken baştan söyledim daha önceki başka otellerdeki deneyimimden dolayı onlarda odalarda sigara içilmiyor dediler içenler olunca da yapacak br şey olmuyor diye söylediler İnşl bu senaryoyla karşılaşmam ümidiyle çıktım ve hayal kırıklığı … resepsiyon her şey yolunda mı diye aradı sorunu söyledim kusura bakmayın diyip kapattı ) odada hatta yatağın kenarında sigara yanık izi vardı. Elbise dolabının inde kötü bi koku vardı. Ayrıca eşyalar kötü kullanılmış ve yenilenmemiş. Banyodaki sabunluk bile sabun püskürtürken kırılmış ucu kendini bırakıverdi Bakımsızdı. Keşke daha çok foto çekseydim bu anlattıklarımın ama önemli bir sınavım vardı 1 gece kalmak için gelmiştim ve başka bir konuyla ilgilenebilecek lüksüm yoktu
