The hotel is clean, in a good location, but the reception was not functional during my stay.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and in a good location.

Cons:

The reception was not functional and could not be effectively assisted when needed. At the end I was overcharged during the conversion of the USD into the local currency.

Guarded parking

Cons:

Breakfast was apparently included on Booking.com. Then at breakfast we were told that only 1 person from a double room, could have breakfast included and the other would have to pay! We left without eating breakfast - I was so disappointed. Then, the room payment exchange rate was pegged at 350 Burundian francs to the dollar by the hotel management so I ended up paying more than I'd expected.

The location wasn't easy for me to find, being totally new to Bujumbura and the road was untarred and uneven so it wasn't great!
