Deposit in bad faith and not mentioned when booking
Pros:

The rooms are always clean. It a very comfortable apartment

Cons:

The group that did this rental insists on a R500 deposit where the other groups doing Sage don't. They then don't even refund your card straight away, and only refund in 14 days after they earned interest. It is not acceptable and I would like when you book to say which group it is going through to avoid them

Pros:

My hubby and I went to do a marathon, which sleep is so important.
There was Construction work through the night and we were unable to sleep.
Construction is not allowed in the day..

The staff acted as if they knew nothing and they lied and told us we the only ones to complain but we bumped into another rodent to say she complained to the same people and asked to be moved.

The place is very cosy and beautiful its the perfect getaway for a couple who needs some quality time away from the kids

Highly recommended
Pros:

This was self-catering. Plenty cafes , restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Kudos to RALTON who made my stay so much special, only to realise he is Building maintenance manager. Shanae at reception was most welcoming
