Pros:

One of the worst Hotel I stayed in Hyderabad. No sanitation Room are not good. The receptionist is not friendly while checkout i requested bill but there is no bill while checkout saying they'll send the bill via whatsapp but after so many calls they didnot respond to send the GST bill since they want to pay GST from their end. Dont waste your money.

The room was nice and the AC was nice.

Cons:

I had to change 3 rooms just to stay 1 night. And in each room the TV was not working. The staffs need to be ever more responsive. I had to go down again to again yet there was no one addressing to my issue. And I could see the rest rooms were not clean and the room was swept and cleaned properly. I saw a lot of cigarette buds below the bed and there was a lot of dust and sand found below the bed. It was like they didn't sweep the rooms properly and just push everything below the bed.

A nightmare

Uninterrupted wifi. That’s it

Cons:

We liked almost nothing. Dirty room, dirty bathroom, worn out mattresses, unsafe wiring, no services, no glasses, never cleaned our room, they tried to charge me GST (tax) again of which we protested and won, they pay no respect to their customers, they gave us smokers room and refused the change the room or refund, so we had no choice but stay. Very poor, we never ever stay there and will never recommend even to my worst enemy.
