The location of the property was very central.
The food at the property and in room dining service was overall a disappointment.
Location
Upon check-in, I was informed that dinner, if included in the package, would be an additional Rs. 1500 per room. However, at checkout, I was informed that the dinner package had not been selected, and the charge would now be Rs. 1500 per person. Had I known this, I would not have opted for dinner at your establishment, especially given its unsatisfactory quality. Furthermore, the staff (Mr. vaibhav) stated they were unable to resolve the discrepancy, which I find highly improbable. While a 20% discount was eventually offered, it falls significantly short of the initial promise. This entire experience has left me questioning the standards of your customer service.
Breakfast is fantastic, the spread is awesome and there is good mix of buffet and live counter items.
Rooms and surroundings are extremely well maintained. And location of the hotel is just perfect, beach is 5 mins walk off the hotel and there tons of restaurants in vicinity.
The rooms are specious and have very nice balcony which either have view of the garden or the pool
The property is kind of built like a boutique corporate hotel, in cookie cutter way. The pool is very small and the hotel has very less grass areas. The lobby itself is quite unimpressive, you don't get the feel that its Hayatt and then walkway to the area from where all the rooms can be accessed looks like an alleyway
The natural organic aesthetics is just not there.
If you are looking for a nice hotel to stay, it's great. But if you want a place for a staycation when you like to spend a lot of time in hotel itself, its not for you
The location was prime. We enjoyed most of our time in the swimming pool and the rooms are very clean and hygienic. It was a comfortable and peaceful stay. The staff was welcoming.

We loved the breakfast - there was a fantastic variety of both North and South Indian options. Every member of the dining team was warm, friendly, and attentive. A special thanks to Hemanta, the security guard, who was incredibly welcoming and gave us great recommendations for nearby food, shopping, and spas!

Service this is not a five star hotel stop selling Hyatt name and poor services and maintenance

Walking from reception to the rooms is not good if the weather is not good. Like during rainy days, summer days, humid days,etc..
