Almost 5* but in reality 4.5*
Pros:

Clean, location, most of staff very helpful, food very good, breakfast buffet very good.

Cons:

Lack of pool towels almost every day, or code for food and drink menus, powder milk for coffee.
Would have loved coffee machine in bedroom

Pros:

Great hotel with good breakfast buffet.
Location is quite close to the beach (5 minutes walk) and very close to restaurants and bars
Well equipped rooms and great balcony.
The staff were very attentive.
Nice pool area
I liked the fact that they sprayed anti-mosquito spray in the garden areas in the evening to keep bugs away

Cons:

My only slightly negative point: The seating at the pool as follows:
Too few Sun-beds.
They have some round chairs which are totally impractical these should be replaced by regular sunbeds as people get up early to block the sunbeds with towels.
I recommend removing the large round beds and replacing them with more regular sun-beds
Apart from that the pool was clean an refreshing just the sun-bed situation needs to be looked at.

Pros:

It was a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was good with Candolim beach just a 8 minute walk from the hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly especially Aman, Kinthai and Wasim. The food in the restaurant was very nice.

Cons:

The room was small for 3 people and was suitable only for 2 people.

Best Stay in Goa
Pros:

The breakfast was superb ! It exceeded my expectations, other than the property, the staff was superb ! I dont think I have experienced hospitality of this sort before ever ! I truly appreciate the all of them, they have my heart ! We were 4 couples and 4 kids, All of us had a wonderful time ! Mr Caine Savio, he was the best man

Not worth the money
Cons:

It is more of a 3 star hotel, with no spa, average food and not so good services.
I went out around 3pm and informed the staff to clean my room. When I came around 6 pm the room was in the same condition, and when I confronted them, they told me there are only 2 people for cleaning.
I requested them to extend my stay by one day for which they told me a charge of 8.5k plus taxes is applicable which I agreed to. Next day they call me and tell me to check out saying the room isn’t reserved for an extra day and if I want to extend my stay a charge of 9.5k plus taxes is applicable which I had to agree to since I was not gonna start packing and look for a new hotel.
The management and facilities needs to be better if they’re charging tariffs like a 5 star hotel.

Suited us for what we needed.
Pros:

Location was perfect and the staff were lovely. Very good breakfast with plenty of choices.

Cons:

Very limited choice of sun beds which meant there were not enough for everybody.

המלון מפנק, יש סנוקר, פינג פונג, בריכה וחדר כושר שווה. הארוחת בוקר טובה והשירות טוב

Cons:

הניקיון דורש שיפור, לקח זמן עד שקיבלנו את החדרים והצוות לא הכי נחמד. המלון קצת יקר יחסית למה שהוא נותן.
