Cons:

I stayed here for three nights last week. While the hotel itself was pleasant, with a convenient location and comfortable amenities, I unfortunately experienced some disappointing issues.

On the first night, my room was not cleaned at all. Later in the evening, I requested a coffee packet but was told it could only be provided by housekeeping during the day, which was inconvenient.

The next day, although the room was cleaned, two expensive hair products that I had brought from my home country and left on the table went missing. This was very frustrating, as personal items placed on a table should not be discarded. When I raised the issue, the staff explained that once the trash is taken out, it is immediately discarded, but this did not align with my past experiences where housekeeping usually checks before disposal.

Overall, while the hotel had good facilities, these issues with housekeeping and the loss of my personal belongings left a negative impression on my stay.
