Great place, really nice.
The decorations were really good and felt very premium.
The staff was accommodating and good.
Great restaurant but a little pricey.
The sheets on the bed were not the cleanest.
There were stains, washed blood, and makeup.
The sheets had been washed, but the marks remained, and the blood stains were a worry.
The staff did give new sheets to change when I did go down and ask, but the new sheets also had stains and had not been bleached and were tinted.
Good location. Air con in the room worked well.
The room was dirty, some surfaces covered in dust. The toiletries in the shower had all run out. The noise on the Friday night was horrendous in our room above the PA system - very loud & till 1 am.
This is the 2nd time I have stayed. Again, the staff were both friendly and attentive. We had dinner outside and it was lovely. The food was delicious.

So many spiderwebs around the window no spoons for the tea n coffee and AC did not work the room was an oven could not stay in it for long
The Staff wewre amazing, we needed parking so they ensured we had a space avalible on arrival.
nothing, they accomidated us with nothing but profesioanlisum and were very friendly and helpful arranging taxi's for us etc.

Breakfast start time late for business travellers. A continental coffee/ fruit option would have been great. No coffee in room but I didn’t ask and am sure that would have been resolved if I had.
The staff were so lovely, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic quality, piping hot (you’d be surprised how many hotels can’t serve a hot plate of food) and the service was perfect.
On arrival, I had to call the hotel and they had to move a car to provide me with a pre-booked parking space. I was staying to attend a local funeral and the delay in getting parked meant that I was then running late. Check-in was seamless and very friendly and if I didn’t have all the other points to raise, I actually wouldn’t mention it.
The fridge was noisy all through the night, there was another fan noise running through the night, I tried turning the bathroom fan on and off, the air con, I have no idea where it was coming from but it was loud.
The bathroom had been cleaned well but the shower had an awful musty smell.
The mirror in the room was in the wrong place making it hard to blow dry my hair. (I’d swap the mirror and the picture to opposite sides to solve this)
It looked as though there used to be a full length mirror that had been smashed and not replaced so it was just a framed black board. Replacing the mirror may help.
Although I was warned at the point of booking and when I arrived that there was a band and I may hear some music, I wasn’t expecting the whole room to vibrate with the bass. I had noise cancelling ear buds in but it was sooooo loud.
If I was staying at the hotel to enjoy the facilities it would have been great and I’d have been downstairs dancing, but I came back to the room at around 10 hoping to sleep at some point before midnight and it wasn’t possible.
I actually said to the guy that showed me to my room that I’m not a complainer, and yet here I am. I paid a lot of money for the room, had it been a lot less money I wouldn’t be so fussy, but at £235 for the night and an extra £15 for breakfast (including early check in and a parking space) it definitely wasn’t good value for money.
