Fab location, well decorated comfortable room and good food.
Pros:

Great room, lovely bathroom, comfortable bed, great room decor, welcoming note and gift. Pub was very welcoming and had good food and excellent breakfast.

Cons:

No glasses or drinking water in rooms.
Door alarm went off early morning.

Smukt townhouse med behagelige værelser og central beliggenhed
Pros:

Smukt indrettet gammelt sted, som har fået en gennemgribende renovering. Virkelig behageligt og velkommende hotel - værelserne er meget behagelige og beliggenheden er meget central.
Hyggeligt at hotellet er en del af pub/restaurant.

Pros:

The location was excellent for the Bristol Hippodrome Theatre. The accommodation was clean and well decorated. the staff were very welcoming and were happy to help in anyway they could.

Best hotel in Bristol!
Pros:

Wow what a find! We were greeted with friendly, helpful staff who checked us in smoothly and the bags we had dropped off earlier were already in our room. The rooms were the nicest I had ever stayed in absolutely beautiful. The personal welcome card with chocolates and port was a lovely touch. The toiletries smelt lovely and to have fresh milk in the fridge was great to have with a cuppa. The room was really quiet at night too!
Breakfast was delicious and cooked to perfection I couldn't fault it. I loved that it was made fresh to order too all fresh ingredients.
All in all a stunning hotel in a great location and I can't wait to return.

Great location and lovely staff but over priced
Pros:

Great location, quirky style

Cons:

Rooms were a little bit shabby for cost per night. Shower grouting and screens a bit worse for wear etc. our room had no windows we could open, just a sky light, so felt very claustrophobic. ‘Large double bed’ doesn’t mean super king here like it normally does

Beautiful hotel, great staff
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond. Beautiful decor and so clean. Lots of extra touches in the room. Will be our go-to place to stay for Bristol.

Pros:

Me and my partner stayed here for one night the staff were very kind and welcoming, honestly the room took our breaths away and its was so gorgeous it was like a victorian gothic style the bath was huge we never get a chance to go in a huge bath so we had the opportunity to have a lovely bath after a concert we went to, they made a lovely welcoming note alot with lovely wine and handed chocolate, we will be staying here again in future.

Cons:

The only thing we didn't like was the air conditioning wasn't very well as we was very wr all night so could do with a fan in the room and the mattress was too hard for us but as it was our first time staying there we will let this go hehe.
