Pros:

Location. The bar and the grill room. The cake and bubbles cafe is a must visit.

Cons:

The concierge service is superficial.

In a five-star hotel, especially when staying in one of the suites, it is not reasonable to request a spa booking and be told that the spa will contact you directly to arrange it.

Similarly, when making a reservation at a restaurant that requires a deposit, it is not appropriate to simply be sent a link.

A concierge service is there to make your life easier — not to have you coordinate and communicate with multiple departments yourself.

Café da manhã bom, mas como poucas opções. Frutas fracas. Opções ruins de pães.

Cons:

Para o padrão de Suite, o banheiro deixa totalmente a desejar. Além de um aspecto bem frio, o chuveiro no teto é ruim, com pouca água. O vaso não tem nenhum suporte. Nem chuveirinho, nem bidê. Suites muito mais baratas em outros hotéis contam com bidê ou sistema japonês de limpeza.

An unforgettable, luxurious stay with outstanding service that sets a new personal benchmark for hotels worldwide.
Pros:

The hotel was absolutely fantastic, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional staff. From the moment of arrival until departure, you genuinely feel welcome and cared for in a way we have never experienced before. A wonderful surprise was the complimentary hotel transportation within a two-mile radius, using either a Bentley or a Rolls-Royce. After shopping, the staff even brought our bags to the room, allowing us to relax and enjoy a drink and something sweet at Cakes & Bubbles. The bar was excellent, the room was superb and fully equipped, and the evening turndown service was a beautiful touch — bed prepared, curtains closed, slippers and water ready for the night. Breakfast was delicious and served à la carte. Everything about the stay felt thoughtful, elegant, and effortless.

Cons:

The only minor point — which we often notice in English hotels and restaurants — is that the indoor temperature can be quite warm, particularly in the hotel restaurants. The hotel room itself was perfectly comfortable, but the dining areas felt warm for both of us. That said, this did not affect our enjoyment of the stay in any meaningful way.
