Pros:

I liked the staff from the cleaning ladies to the reception led by Mehdi who gave us good food destinations and offered us a decent discount on room upgrade.

Cons:

We loved Morocco the country and the people. They are the most polite nation we've ever dealt with.

Un séjour absolument extraordinaire ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été impressionnés par le calme, l’élégance et la sérénité qui règnent dans cet hôtel. Tout est pensé dans les moindres détails pour que l’on se sente bien.

Un immense bravo à toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et son attention. Que ce soit à la réception, avec le service voiturier, les femmes de chambre ou l’ensemble du personnel, nous avons été accueillis avec le sourire et une disponibilité remarquable.

Le service est vraiment irréprochable, les chambres sont impeccables et l’ambiance est à la fois luxueuse, chaleureuse et apaisante. On ressent une vraie volonté de faire plaisir aux clients et de rendre leur séjour inoubliable.

Bardzo fajny hotel w dobrej cenie.

Śniadanie, w pokoju, to przyjemne zaskoczenie. Hotel, jest przy ruchliwym skrzyżowaniu, ale nie stanowi to żadnego problemu. W nocy jest cicho. Ogromy szacunek dla obsługi za parkowanie, śniadanie i ogólnie za pomoc.
