Pros:

J'ai vraiment apprécié le confort la propreté de l'hôtel, son emplacement. Nous avons passé un super séjour au ZEN SUITES HOTEL.

Cons:

Je ne sais pas si l'établissement en possède mais quand on vient avec des bébés il est plus confortable de prévoir une chambre avec baignoire.

Nous sommes venue avec des enfants en ayant confirmée notre réservation et en pleine nuit lors de notre arrivée ont nous annonce qu’il n’y a plus de disponibilité suite à une fuite dans la chambre que nous devions avoir !!!! C’est inadmissible ! Il aurait fallu nous contacter ! Un simple mail aurait suffit ! Je ne comprends pas !

Accueil très professionnel malgrè notre arrivée tardive, le jeune homme à l'accueil a été très serviable de notre arrivée jusqu'au départ très tot .

Cons:

J'ai réservé pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants de 11 & 14 ans, mes filles ont dormi sur un canapé sans linge de lit ( oreillers et couvertures disponibles ) , ce n'est ni hygienique ni confortable. Pas le choix nous reprenions l'avion quelques heures après notre arrivée à l'hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at ZEN Suites Hotel Massira. The place was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The location is great and everything was well organized. I would also like to give a special thank you to the cleaning lady — she was very kind, helpful, and always made sure the room was perfectly clean. Her work made my stay even better.

Honestly, there was nothing major to complain about. Everything was good and the experience was pleasant overall.

Top ! Personnel accueillant et très sympathique !
À l’écoute et surtout d’une efficacité irréprochable.
L’appartement est d’une propreté irréprochable. La déco est parfaite. L’emplacement et la vue depuis le balcon incroyable ! Le service voiturier à disposition rend le séjour parfait ! Le petit déjeuner en chambre est top !

Un bon séjour en famille avec chacun sa suite.
Pros:

Le personnel de l’hôtel est formidable. A l’écoute , et très serviable de la femme de ménage, bagagiste, accueil, voiturier, services d’étage.
Le personnel de l’accueil sont à votre écoute et vous conseil de très bons restaurants.
Le petit est tout simplement digne d’hôtel étoilé .
Je recommande et je reviendrai.

Les chambres du côté boulevard a beaucoup de circulation.

I’ve been booking hotels my entire life, and I’ve never experienced anything like this. The room was not cleaned at all during our stay, and when we asked about it, we were told that cleaning wasn’t included in the price. This was never mentioned anywhere during booking — it’s pure nonsense and false information.

On top of that, we were given very few towels, and no effort was made to offer more or check in on guests’ comfort. We had planned to come back to this hotel in the future, but after this experience, we will absolutely never return. Very disappointing.

L'emplacement est juste idéal entre les sites à visiter à proximité et se promener paisiblement. C'est un très bon lieu

Cons:

Bruit du chauffage et de l'extérieur. Trop exposé à la grande circulation.
Pour une famille de 4 avec enfant, ce n'est finalement pas hyper confortable
