Excellent séjour au Zen Suites Hotel à Casablanca. Hôtel propre, moderne et confortable avec un très bon emplacement. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible. Mention spéciale à Mr Mehdi à la réception pour sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et son excellent accueil. . Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Je dirais que c’est un hôtel amateur, je ne dis pas que le personnel est amateur mais l’hôtel ne leur donne pas les outils de présenter un service digne, ils se débrouillent comme ils peuvent mais sans plus

Pros:

La suite spacieuse, malgré la grosse perte de place vu la taille de la cuisine

Cons:

L’insonorisation qui est catastrophique, les 2 baies vitrées ne peuvent pas se fermer des 2 côtés, seulement 1 à la fois. Et la chambre donne sur un boulevard hyper fréquenté, klaxon et bruits de moteur au programme
Le petit dej servi en chambre, mais assez basique
Les 2 canapés lits de l’annonce qui ne sont finalement que… les 2 côtés du canapé pour faire dormir notre fille. Elle a bien dormi, mais on avait encore jamais vu ça ^^
