Amazing hotel with the friendliest staff in great location
Pros:

Beautiful hotel wonderfully located in the very pretty town of Modica. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very comfortable. The pool is a definite plus. A great find at a very reasonable price!

Una piacevole scoperta nel cuore della città di Modica
Pros:

Siamo una famiglia che viaggia spesso e, proprio per questo, riteniamo di poter esprimere una valutazione obiettiva e concreta della struttura.
L’hotel è stato completamente ristrutturato di recente, pertanto le recensioni più datate che fanno riferimento alle condizioni precedenti non sono più rappresentative della realtà attuale. Gli ambienti sono arredati con gusto, eleganza e materiali di pregio.

La colazione è adeguata alla categoria 4 stelle e la posizione è eccellente: centrale, a pochi passi dalla Cattedrale di San Giorgio.
Un plauso particolare va alla gentilezza e alla disponibilità del personale, sempre cortese e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti.

Cons:

Per quanto riguarda gli aspetti migliorabili, l’unico suggerimento che mi sento di dare riguarda la sala colazione: sarebbe apprezzabile che caffè e cappuccino venissero preparati esclusivamente dal personale, anziché tramite distributore automatico, per offrire un servizio più in linea con il livello della struttura.

Best place to stay into the heart of Modica
Pros:

Everything! The most the attitude of the staff. Reception, restaurant, everybody there was warm and wellcoming

Cons:

Personally for me, i miss the fresh vegetables at the breakfast. Anyway, the breakfast was rich! There was a hot meals, cold meals, different type of breads, deserts, any drinks. Everything was tasty!

Great hotel, great stapp, good location and exceptional private parking
Pros:

Typical breakfast which was fine as I'm not a big breakfast type. Room was great. Even though it was on the main road it was still quiet inside. Staff was great. Location was great. Away from the crowded/noisy area of town but an easy walk or short drive. Private parking was exceptional and well appreciated.

Cons:

I thought everthing was fine. A bigger shower would be appreciated but highly unlikely due to space.

Praktisch, aber seelenlos
Pros:

Hotel liegt in fußläufiger Entfernung von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Ober- und Unterstadt. Parken unproblematisch, sowohl direkt vor als auch hinter dem Hotel (hoteleigene Parkplätze). Zimmer geräumig, aber leicht schäbig. Aufzug vorhanden.

Cons:

Das Hotel war vermutlich mal eine moderne Unterkunft, aber die Zeiten sind lange vorbei. Im Moment hat es den Charme eines billigen und seelenlosen Tagungshotels, dessen Rezeptionspersonal man als Gast bei den privaten Telefonaten stört. Anscheinend wird jetzt aber renoviert. Nur bleibt unverständlich, warum dann ausgerechnet die Zimmer belegt werden, die neben denjenigen liegen, in denen gerade die Handwerker zugange sind... Da die Türen nicht isolieren, war es dementsprechend laut.
Hässliche Zimmerausleuchtung mit kaltweißem Licht, Schimmel in den Ecken des Badezimmers, teilweise fehlende Tapete.
Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse umfangreich, aber man hatte das Gefühl, das Personal beim Schließen zu stören.
