Great hotel, great stapp, good location and exceptional private parking
Pros:

Typical breakfast which was fine as I'm not a big breakfast type. Room was great. Even though it was on the main road it was still quiet inside. Staff was great. Location was great. Away from the crowded/noisy area of town but an easy walk or short drive. Private parking was exceptional and well appreciated.

Cons:

I thought everthing was fine. A bigger shower would be appreciated but highly unlikely due to space.

Praktisch, aber seelenlos
Pros:

Hotel liegt in fußläufiger Entfernung von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Ober- und Unterstadt. Parken unproblematisch, sowohl direkt vor als auch hinter dem Hotel (hoteleigene Parkplätze). Zimmer geräumig, aber leicht schäbig. Aufzug vorhanden.

Cons:

Das Hotel war vermutlich mal eine moderne Unterkunft, aber die Zeiten sind lange vorbei. Im Moment hat es den Charme eines billigen und seelenlosen Tagungshotels, dessen Rezeptionspersonal man als Gast bei den privaten Telefonaten stört. Anscheinend wird jetzt aber renoviert. Nur bleibt unverständlich, warum dann ausgerechnet die Zimmer belegt werden, die neben denjenigen liegen, in denen gerade die Handwerker zugange sind... Da die Türen nicht isolieren, war es dementsprechend laut.
Hässliche Zimmerausleuchtung mit kaltweißem Licht, Schimmel in den Ecken des Badezimmers, teilweise fehlende Tapete.
Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse umfangreich, aber man hatte das Gefühl, das Personal beim Schließen zu stören.

Nice, pleasant, wonderful city, restaurants accomodate vegans.
Pros:

Position, far enough away from the busy street and very close to the coach terminal.

Ottima soluzione per visitare Modica.
Pros:

Struttura molto accogliente, a due passi dal centro. Staff molto gentile. Parcheggio libero disponibile. Consigliato!

An outdated hotel.
Pros:

The girl at the reception was very pleasant.

Cons:

Shower needs an update. TV was not working and needs to be connected to a cable or antenna. There was an annoying bright blinking light on the ceiling of the room. Limited food choices for breakfast.

Top für eine Nacht um Modica zu sehen
Pros:

Es liegt sehr zentral, man ist zu Fuß gleich bei der Kathedralen und in Restaurants, die Dame an der Rezeption war auch so nett uns einen Tisch zu reservieren.

Cons:

Der Pool ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, nicht sehr tief und man muss etwas aufpassen weil die Fliesen am Pool Boden schon fehlen, aber für eine kurze Abkühlung allemal großartig.

L'hotel è in posizione strategica per raggiungere il centro, in pochissimi minuti a piedi, staff gentile e preparato su richieste dove cenare e cosa vedere a Modica.
La colazione era ottima.

Cons:

E' un grande hotel e necessita di alcuni lavori di ristrutturazione.
