A quick stopover on our way to Livigno late at night so seemed rushed and unable to appreciate it
Pros:

Breakfast was great and offered a lot of options, beds/rooms were spacious and comfy.

Cons:

It was very hard to find where to enter and check in when we arrived, parking was confusing as well. We did check in late in the evening, however. The staff seemed confused when we arrived and i had been emailing them . They didn't realize who was checking in and didn't give much instruction on time of breakfast or how to find the room , etc.. They were friendly so maybe it was the language barrier.

Tesis mimarisini beğendim. Gece bize ağırlayan arkadaş çok güler yüzlüydü çok yardımseverdi. Odamız geniş ve değil büyüktü.

Pros:

Struttura incantevole, accogliente. Team molto disponibile e gentile. Buone colazioni.
Location della colazione e area ristorazione meravigliose. Hanno anche accolto il nostro cagnolino, che ha potuto soggiornare anche nelle aree di ristorazione godendosi la vacanza co noi. Ci torneremo!

Great hotel for a visit to Valmalenco!
Pros:

The hotel ticked all the boxes for us. It was an excellent place to stay for our winter getaway. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the staff was friendly and the restaurant had some lovely local dishes. The breakfast was also good enough for us.

Cons:

The only sore point was that although the food is excellent we wish there were more healthy choices for the children for a 5 day stay. Maybe add some grilled or steamed vegetables to the menu, more soups, gluten free bread etc…. There are also no healthy food options close by. Our only choice was to buy some vegetables from Lidl close by, which wasn’t ideal as we had no kitchenette in our room.
