Very nice place to stay in, perfect for visiting Gotemba Premium Outlet!
Pros:

Spacious rooms, free parking, huge hot spring for relaxation.

Cons:

No buffet breakfast. Had to choose between Jap or Western. Both turned out to be below par.

Idealny pobyt w cieniu góry Fudżi.
Pros:

Wygodny pobyt, świetnie położony hotel, stosunkowo blisko dworca, z pięknym widokiem na górę Fudżi. Miły, pomocny personel, bardzo uprzejmy. Dobre śniadania. Relaksujące zabiegi spa. Przepiekny ogród z cudownym pokazem tańczących fontann. Idealne miejsce na relaks.

The onsen stay was a pleasant experience. The room was very clean and spacious, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was nice and satisfying, a good way to start the day. Overall, it was a calm and enjoyable stay, and I would consider returning again.

The view was the most impeccable thing in this world!!

Cons:

Went for a dinner at the restaurant- it was the worst dinner we have ever had in our lives. To top it off it was $400 aud. We wouldn’t have fed it to our puppy back home.
The breakfast IS NOT friendly to anyone that doesn’t eat fish, or poached egg in fish broth.
The food was appalling - not edible and overall really disappointed that
