The view was the most impeccable thing in this world!!

Cons:

Went for a dinner at the restaurant- it was the worst dinner we have ever had in our lives. To top it off it was $400 aud. We wouldn’t have fed it to our puppy back home.
The breakfast IS NOT friendly to anyone that doesn’t eat fish, or poached egg in fish broth.
The food was appalling - not edible and overall really disappointed that

Amazing view & exceptional hotel
Pros:

This was an amazing stay, my partner and I really enjoyed the spacious room with a couch, we had two twins beds and the bathroom was so modern and clean. There were endless amenities supplied for us. The hotel overall including staff were exceptional! I would recommend friends and family to stay here, additionally it’s close to Gotemba premium outlets! The views of Mount Fuji were jaw dropping as well!

Pros:

Quiet surrounding, easy to park rental car. The exterior looks dated (16 years old this year) but the interior is very nice and well maintained! Rooms are large by Japanese standard (probably double usual size). 12th floor is for all guests to quietly enjoy Mt Fuji.

Cons:

Stayed on the 11th floor facing mt Fuji. Wonderful view with double large floor to ceiling windows. However, the ceiling doesn't seem to be noise insulated as we could hear people walking or running on 12th floor.
