There was nothing to like the reservation got canceled and I called Booking. Com to help & ended up with no reservation and no refund

נקי ומסביר פנים.

Cons:

ביום האחרון לא ניקו לנו את החדר ואישה מבוגרת נפלה והחליקה על הרצפה ונקבה אצבע. לא היה להם תחבושת לא פלסטר ולא אקמול וגם לא משהו אחר להציע לנו. תחושה לא משו. גם שכחנו שם כמה בגדים ושלחנו להם מייל וצא התייחסו.
