Pros:

La habitación estupenda amplia y cómoda. Camas cómodas y el baño con ducha amplía y todo lo que necesites. Todo limpio y agradable. Te dejan una botella de agua y tes o café para tomar de bienvenida. Tienes acceso a la piscina y a la terraza con vistas. Una maravilla. El desayuno buffet abundante y tenía de todo lo que quieras.Nos encantó!!!

Cons:

Nos gustó todo , por poner una pega los ascensores son seis pero tardan mucho.

Uno o 2 días en Madrid para experimentar
Pros:

Es un hotel emblemático en Madrid, muy impresionante. Todo el show que esperas ver.
Destaco la atención de Sebastian el recepcionista, muy cordial y amable.

Cons:

Todo es armado, un show, mucho turismo a ver su rooftop y pasarella de cristal en el piso 27. Para los que vamos a pasar una noche y conocer está correcto, pero para los que quieren descanso y tranquilidad no lo van a encontrar Muchos elevadores pero se demora en subir. El restaurante es un poco caro, cerveza por 9 euros. La piscina no es climatizada y es pequeña para mucho movimiento de gente .

Cons:

The breakfast was ok after the first day we only had a cold breakfast, as the all the hot food was only luke warm at best that's what you get when the hotel is too big. Good location though, the rooftop bar is overrated as there is not section for hotel guests so you constantly have people invading your space as it is a tourist attraction.

Rooftop bar is lovely

Cons:

The advertised carpet was a textured plastic (vinyl or linoleum) floor covering. It gave a very cheap feel to the the room. The television was very old, which didn't allow for blue tooth connections or fire sticks. The food offerring at the restaurants was very mediocre. Closing the pool at 8:00pm is a little early. Most pools stay open until 9:00pm or 10:00pm.
