Cons:

Hubo un problema por parte de ellos con el room serie era para unas niñas pequeñas, q no supieron gestionar ni solucionar. Decepcionante el servicio y que no pudieran resolverlo, a la vez q alucinante. Conclusión, mis hijas pequeñas se quedaron sin cena tras 2 h de espera. Nadie se disculpó ni trataron de solventarlo
Creo q un hotel debe tener capacidad para resolver este tipo de problema o contratiempos

Por ejemplo el hotel tiene un rooftop que uno paga con la habitación. De los 4 dias que estuve no pudimos estar ahí ni sacarnos la foto porque siempre estaba lleno de gente de afuera y el huesped no tiene privilegios osea que uno paga para estar ahí y no puede. El 3 dia me contestaron que el huesped podía subía entre las 10.30 y las 11hs para sacarse fotos. Solo en ese horario era para huespedes. Tendrían que tener dos o tres mesas destinadas al hotel por lo menos .ademas en la habitación entra humo de cigarrillos de otras habitaciones aunque esta prohibido fumar. Reclamamos y nos dicen ya los multamos!!! Y a las 1 hs de la madrugada nos despertamos por lo mismo. No te hacen caso.
