Sabah kahvaltı saat 10.00-12.00 arasındaymış!!!!
Kahvaltı saat 10 da başlamaz. Hadi başladı, saat 10 da çalışanlar yeni gelip en az 45 dk hazırlık süreci olmaz. Siz siz olun tur vs. Programınız varsa kahvaltıya güvenmeyin. 2 gece kaldık. İlk gece bize kahvaltının saat 10 ila 12 arasında olduğunu söylediler. Saat 10 da salonda idik. Ancak 10.45 de ancak kahvaltı geldi. O gün akşamı rica ettik. Ertesi gün saat 10 da kahvaltı hazır olabilir mi diye, tabii dediler. Ancak saat 9.45 de salona indiğimizse "hiç bir personelin hala!!!! gelmediğini gördük. Gece resepsiyondaki görevliden başkası da yoktu. Oteli alıp gitsek kimsenin umurunda olmayak." hayal kırıklığına uğradik. Kimse yoktu ne mutfakta ne de otel kabulde. Dışarıda (sigara içme alanında) gece görevlisini gördük. Akşamda ona söylemiştik sabah kahvaltı isteğimizi. Ancak gördük ki personeller (Mutfak-Ahçı başı-personelleri) saat 10 dan önce gelmiyorlarmışşş!!!! Biz iki aile mağdur olduk ve beğenmedik.

The property is clean and staff are very accomodating.

Cons:

The water in the sink has no cold water. The breakfast could have start at 8:00AM but it is only 10:00AM when you must be out to explore the places already.

Pros:

Otel Bakü'nün tam kalbinde yer alıyor. Konum olarak daha güzel bir yer olamazdı. Personeller çok ilgili. 7 gün kaldık ve odalar geniş ve rahat. Kahvaltı açık büfe değil ama yeterli. Temizlik günlük yapılıyor.

Cons:

Tesisin girişi cafenin içinden yapılıyor. Kahvaltı daha güzel olabilir.

In all, it was a pleasant stay.
Pros:

Ferma Art has excellent location and their restaurant food was very good. We had free upgrade. Thankyou. The room we stayed in was big and spacious. The hotel is kids friendly with great kids play area.

Cons:

The breakfast is pretty basic. They shall definitely look into it. Also, the timing for serving breakfast is pretty late - 10am onwards.
