Had a wonderful stay with great food and service. A few glitches with the AC but overall good.
Pros:

The property is beautiful and is on the right location. The staff was very polite and accommodated all of our requests including a bit early checkin and late checkout. Front desk staff Astha and Pratima were very polite and helpful. Overall felt wonderful during the 4 days of stay I had.

Cons:

The AC of room was set at 20 degrees because of which I felt cold during the first 2 days. They changed my room as well after I complained after my first night there. The next room also had a similar issue and hence i had changed the AC setting to FAN for the night. It was later resolved by the technician who said that the unit was directly communicating with the central cooling system and couldn’t be changed from the control inside the room. The front desk and manager reduced the price of the room next day owing to this inconvenience.
