Pros:

The hotel was very nice, the room was clean and it had plenty of light. The double-room was well-stocked and it had all the necessary amenities. The hotel is very well-situated in a quiet neighborhood, only 10 minutes away (on foot) from the historical center. The staff was very nice, helpful and kind. And the breakfast had everything we needed.

Muy bien!
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, las habitaciones son modernas cómodas y espaciosas y todo está muy limpio

Cons:

Está un poco alejado de la fortaleza aunque tiene aparcamiento fácil cercano y los taxis son muy baratos

Nieuw, maar met vragen

Alles is nieuw.

Cons:

Ik ben op veel plekken in de wereld geweest, maar dit hotel heeft geen ziel voor mij. Alles ziet er mooi uit, omdat het nieuw is. Maar er zijn dingen die niet kloppen. Zoals dat er geen brood was tijdens het ontbijt. Alle mensen in Bulgarije die ik over eten heb gesproken, vertellen dat brood de kern van iedere maaltijd is. Hier is niemand van het personeel die even om de hoek naar de supermarkt loopt om brood te halen, maar wel personeel dat met elkaar zit te kletsen. Of 1 handdoek in een kamer voor 2. De receptie kun je niet bellen omdat je de telefoon niet kunt laten werken. Of de schoonmaak die is geweest, maar waarvan je niets ziet (waardoor je denkt dat ze niet zijn geweest en uiteindelijk is er alleen 1 prullenbak geleegd). Enzovoort. Niets slechts op zichzelf, maar maakt het dat ik niet heel positief kan zijn.

Pros:

Second time we stay here, we love this hotel. Everything is new and modern, smart TV, delicious breakfast, underground parking, I really like the location, easy to get to by car and also close to the older part of Veliko, about 10 min walk.

Cons:

Room (especially bathroom) is a bit on the small size, but not a big problem for us.
