Hotel muy nuevo con una excelente relación calidad precio.
Pros:

Hotel muy nuevo. Situado a 10 minutos andando del casco antiguo. Habitación enorme y cómoda.Decoración moderna. Me encantó!. Además, dispone de parking cubierto por 6€ adicionales. Ideal si viajas en coche.

Me gustó todo.

Хубав, нов хотел.

Cons:

Закуската беше горе-долу добра. Кафето - не. Няма ресторант - от рецепцията дават насоки към близки ресторанти.

Pros:

The location was perfect,the room exceeded the expectations for a 3* hotel .I would rate it 4*. Parking on tbe street is also possible for free out of the business hours on the paid zone (9-17h)

Un sejur foarte plăcut, într-un hotel curat și confortabil, cu servicii de calitate.
Pros:

Camera a fost curată, confortabilă și bine întreținută. Personalul a fost amabil, iar micul dejun a fost foarte bun și variat. Curățenia și atenția la detalii au fost la un nivel foarte bun.

Cons:

Nu am avut nemulțumiri. Totul a fost conform așteptărilor.

Very nice hotel
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable hotel, the girl at the reception was kind and helpful, replying to all our requests. Good breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice and a variety of Bulgarian specialties. Coffee machine in the rooms was a nice touch. We will stay there again when going to Veliko Tarnovo.

Cons:

The bathroom is small and when taking a shower all gets flooded.

Definitely a 4-stars hotel !
Pros:

A new and modern hotel with 4-star quality service and comfort! Spotless rooms, a modern bathroom, and the most comfortable bed with different types of pillows (including memory foam!) , mosquito nets, a professional air-conditioning system, you name it! Delicious breakfast with a very, very good coffee! I highly recommend it!

Could not find one negative thing !
