Pros:

Toda a cidade de Veliko Tarnovo é surpreendente pela história, edifícios e localização.
O hotel também estava bem situado, junto a um jardim muito bem cuidado. Os quartos eram modernos e confortáveis.

Cons:

The room wasn't clean at all. Hair in the bathroom and on the sheets. The carpet hasn't been cleaned for ages. Taking a proper shower meant to flood the whole bathroom.

decent breakfast, very comfortable memory foam beds and pillows.
