L'accès au spa est illimité, le petit déjeuner en buffet est délicieux !
Le personnel très accueillant, la salle du petit déjeuner très grande avec un large choix au buffet.
La possibilité de laisser les affaires de ski dans des armoires en bas des télécabines. Un service de transfert au top pour aller à la télécabine.
La porte d'entrée du bâtiment de l'annexe qui claque.

Le hammam était trop chaud et le sauna pas assez (45°). Au wellness, nous ne pouvions pas régler une douche qui était brûlante !
Chambres familiales séparables, avec wc et lavabo aussi pour les enfants. Confort. Spa au top. Bon petit déj.

Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal war freundlich.
Die veraltete Wellness-Oase plus die doofen Öffnungszeiten und halbe Baustellen bis dorthin wo Wellness war. Nicht einladend.
Hotel Europa is an excellent choice and comes highly recommended.
Although officially a 3-star hotel, the overall standard is easily closer to a solid 4-star experience. The room for two people, while not very large in terms of square meters, was extremely well designed and had everything one could need. A very nice touch was the welcome amenities — complimentary water and wine upon arrival. The bathroom was particularly well equipped and finished to a high standard.
The hotel consists of three buildings, all conveniently connected by underground corridors, which makes moving around — especially in winter — very easy and comfortable. The spa area is genuinely impressive: spacious, with multiple saunas, jacuzzis, and a large, beautifully designed relaxation room. There is also a very well-organized and spacious ski room.
Additional highlights include a free shuttle service both from the parking area and to the ski slopes, which is extremely practical. Breakfasts were delicious, generous, and nutritious — a perfect start to a day in the mountains.
Above all, the staff deserve special mention: genuinely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout the stay. Combined with the excellent facilities, this results in outstanding value for money.
A fantastic hotel with a great atmosphere. Strongly recommended.
