Это был один из лучших отелей, в которых я когда-либо останавливался! Номера шикарные, интерьер стильный, всё новое и очень чистое. Завтраки — просто пальчики оближешь! Персонал — настоящие профессионалы, создают атмосферу уюта и заботы. Arda Plaza — вы супер!
Я остался очень доволен своим пребыванием в Arda Plaza Hotel. Отель новый, чистый и уютный. Персонал вежливый и всегда готов помочь, чувствуется индивидуальный подход к каждому гостю. Номера просторные, с современным интерьером, все удобства продуманы до мелочей. Расположение отеля также удобное — рядом всё необходимое. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные. Однозначно рекомендую всем, кто ценит комфорт и качество сервиса. Обязательно приеду ещё раз!
As always, I chose Arda Plaza Hotel — there’s simply no question about it. Everything there is new and clean, the staff’s attitude is outstanding, and their service deserves a separate mention. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dilafruz for her kind assistance.❤️
The only thing I liked is it is close to the airport
The staff at this hotel is unprofessional and clearly doesn’t know how to do their job. I booked the room for two nights through the Booking.com app. As a top-level member on Booking.com, I receive generous discounts and benefits, including points and exclusive deals. I specifically selected a room that included breakfast.
However, upon arrival, the staff refused to provide the breakfast, claiming that because Booking.com gave me a discounted rate, breakfast wasn’t included. They rudely insisted it was a mistake on Booking.com’s end. After hours of frustrating back-and-forth, they finally agreed to accommodate the breakfast—but only after unnecessary stress and argument.
The bathroom was wet, dirty, and poorly maintained. There was water leakage, which made the stay very uncomfortable. To make things worse, the electricity went out at night on two consecutive days, which severely disrupted my work
I’ve stayed in over 100 hotels around the world and have never experienced such a poorly managed property—especially disappointing in my own country. I will never stay at this hotel again and do not recommend it to anyone.
Great location near the airport. 24 hour manned front desk, value for money

The only plus of this hotel is its location. It is located near the airport, and there are places nearby where you can have a snack or a full meal.
"Общее впечатление от проживания в этой гостинице оставляет желать лучшего. Комнаты оказались грязными: посуда, особенно стаканы, была плохо вымыта — их, похоже, просто сполоснули и поставили обратно. Постельные принадлежности также не производили впечатления свежести и чистоты.
Гостиницу, скорее, можно отнести к категории "bed and breakfast" или даже мотеля, чем полноценного отеля. Уровень сервиса крайне низкий: отношение персонала оставляет желать лучшего, с гостями общаются неохотно и без должного внимания.
Телевизор в номере не был подключён, и воспользоваться им не представлялось возможным. В некоторых комнатах стоял сильный запах табачного дыма — ощущение, что в них активно курили, несмотря на запрет.
Эту гостиницу точно не рекомендую для семейного отдыха. Качество сервиса и состояние номеров совершенно не соответствуют заявленным стандартам.
"The overall impression of staying at this hotel leaves much to be desired. The rooms were dirty: the dishes, especially the glasses, were poorly washed - they seemed to have been simply rinsed and put back. The bedding also did not give the impression of freshness and cleanliness.
The hotel can rather be classified as a "bed and breakfast" or even a motel than a full-fledged hotel. The level of service is extremely low: the attitude of the staff leaves much to be desired, they communicate with guests reluctantly and without due attention.
The TV in the room was not connected, and it was not possible to use it. In some rooms there was a strong smell of tobacco smoke - the feeling that they were actively smoked in them, despite the ban.
I definitely do not recommend this hotel for a family vacation. The quality of service and the condition of the rooms do not at all correspond to the stated standards.
