Hotel situado numa pequena praça, numa zona tranquila. O quarto era pequeno mas moderno e tinha todas as comodidades necessárias. A casa de banho era enorme e até tinha aquecedor de toalhas, bem como gel de duche e shampoo. A cama era confortável e o quarto tinha uma janela ampla.

Cons:

O único aspeto que tenho a apontar é o facto de termos ficado uma hora à espera à porta do Hotel, pois não estava nenhum funcionário para abrir a porta. Ligámos várias vezes e enviei mensagens pelo Booking e ninguém atendia nem respondia. Só ao fim de algumas chamadas e de passada quase 1 hora, conseguimos falar com alguém que nos disse que o funcionário ia a caminho. Quando o mesmo funcionário chegou não mostrou muita simpatia, e quando reclamámos da situação a sua resposta foi que era apenas o camareiro.
Deixo como sugestão colocarem portas com código para abrir, e assim não seria necessário estar alguém para receber os hóspedes.

Lugar tranquilo, quarto confortável, lugar de estacionamento próximo. Nos arredores há cafeteria, mercado.

Cons:

Só o elevador que não estava funcionando e o suporte do chuveiro estava um pouco bambo.

Dieses Mal war es Enttäuschung pur!!!!!
Wir standen, trotz „Bestätigung“ vor verschlossener Tür + konnten telefonisch + klingelnd niemanden erreichen!
Auf Nachfragen in der Nachbarschaft versuchten nette Leute jdm. vom Hotel zu erreichen …
In meiner Verzweiflung habe ich nochmal die Buchung kontrolliert und „hier+ da“ gedrückt und aus Versehen wohl nochmal gebucht … 🫣
Ich muss dazu sagen, das ganze war um ca. 17 Uhr ! Irgendwann kam ein junger Man
nach einiger Zeit und meinte, „ er sei nur ein Angestellter, er könne uns aufschließen und mehr nicht“. Was will man davon halten und was haben wir davon, wenn das Hotel aufgeschlossen wird und mehr nicht🤷🏼‍♀️ …
Letzten Endes haben wir uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht. Schade!!!!
Wir haben darum gebeten, alles zu stornieren, denn so geht es leider auch nicht. Ob das nun stattfinden wird, wissen wir nicht, da wir immer noch auf Reisen sind.

Cons:

Que no hubiera posibilidad de desayunar en el restaurante del hotel, ya que estaba cerrado el domingo por la mañana, ni en los alrededores del mismo... tuvimos que coger el coche y desplazarnos a otro sitio más alejado, pues todos los bares cerrados.
