empfehlenswert für einen kurzen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Lage ist sehr gut -direkt im Zentrum in der Fussgängerzone. Das Meer ist gerade auf der anderen Seite.
Es ist haustierfreundlich
Es hat viele Restaurants in der Nähe
grosses Zimmer mit zwei Räumen
Bequeme Matratzen
grosser Kühlschrank und kleine Küche ist voranden

Cons:

Die Einrichtung ist alt und sollte erneuert werden.
Im Bad und in der Küche ist alles verkalkt-allgemein war es nicht so sauber.

Super gelegen. Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer gereinigt. Die Promenade ist autofrei. Grosse Auswahl von guten Restaurants.

Pros:

Mi è piaciuto molto la posizione perché di fronte al mare. Appartamento e molto accogliente con un bagno con una grande doccia. In cucina c'è tutto necessario per cucinare. Bella vista dal balcone.

Cons:

Se tapparelle chiuse la camera rimane buia, specialmente la cucina, perché Illuminazione che c'è non basta. Secondo me bastava cambiare lampadario.

Il posto è incantevole
Pros:

Struttura direttamente sulla zona pedonale, a due passi dal mare 🌊, personale accogliente e sempre a disposizione, camere confortevoli e dotate di tutto ciò che serve.

Cons:

Essendo in zona ztl il parcheggio è nelle vicinanze e sempre a pagamento. Ma superabile.

Pros:

La pulizia tutti i giorni fatta da una signora simpaticissima che è venuta incontro alle nostre esigenze (con lo smart working non era agevole la pulizia ma ci siamo sempre accordati).
Staff sempre molto disponibile
Il parcheggio convenzionato, comodissimo e a un ottimo prezzo per la zona.
La posizione, veramente super, vicino a tutto.

Cons:

Gli spazi in 4 sono davvero risicati.
Il rumore (per esigenze personali tenevamo lafinestra aperta, ma essendo sul lungomare fino alle 2-3 era rumoroso.). Che è un problema personale e non della struttura ma chiaramente influisce per noi.

Pros:

Vi ble tatt i mot av Maria og hunden hennes, noe som var skikkelig trivelig.
Rommet var enestående. Stort, rent, med flere rom og stor fin terrasse.
Beliggenheten var midt i sentrum av en strandpromenade med masse folk. Allikevel var rommet stille, rolig og privat.
Vi vil anbefale Zi Maria til alle andre som skal besøke Cecina.

Pros:

L'appartamento era molto bello, confortevole, silenzioso, pur affacciandosi sul Viale della Vittoria. Ottima la climatizzazione. La struttura permette di accedere entro la ZTL per scarico bagagli ed è convenzionata con un vicino parcheggio a un prezzo conveniente. Federica è molto gentile e disponibile. Siamo stati bene e ci torneremo.

We’ll be back … hopefully sooner than later!
Pros:

The property is just across the street from the beach, lots of wonderful restaurants (serving at whatever price-point guests are interested in or comfortable with), and, we thought, a gelateria serving the best gelato we’ve ever had (and that’s based on a rather large data-set 😘). Our room had a fun, non-kitschy nautical theme with quite beautiful furniture pieces (in perfect condition) that could have come from a luxury yacht. Our host (or property manager?) was friendly and helpful. We also liked the fact that the property is very close to the nature park / reserve that runs parallel to the coast for many km. It was a perfect place for long walks.

Beautiful stay
Pros:

We had a beautiful stay there. Great attitude of the owner and staff. They were very accomodating in everything and could be approched at any time. Location perfect, short walk to the beach, short walk to ice cream :-). The room furnishings are a bit older, but we didn't mind and the atmosphere was great.
