Pros:

Заселили сразу по приезду. В номере чисто, отлично работает кондиционер, есть вентилятор, чайник, холодильн к. Удобные матрас и подушка. Хороший напор воды в душе. Дружелюбный персонал. Вокруг много кафе.

Pros:

The location is good, the staff is trying to be helpful, and the contact is ok via WhatsApp. They offered to pay us back once we had to decide to go to a different hotel.

Cons:

- we arrived ~30min before the declared arrival time (7:30pm instead of 8pm) and the room was not ready, the staff were just cleaning it
- my partner was quite sick and she needed some immediate food poisoning medication, so that she’s able to leave the hotel and go to the doctors safely. The “help” that we got from the staff resulted in the pharmacy refusing to sell me Smecta or any other medication. They claimed that tourists cannot buy any medication without a prescription. Funnily enough, I went to a pharmacy a couple of blocks away, used Google translate and got Smecta without any problem
- the bed completely broke (support beams broke off the bed structure deeming it unusable) when I was going to bed. Neither of us is particularity big person (60 and 90kg), so the bed quality was very bad.

Pros:

The hotel provided a pleasant experience with its cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. Its prime location near a hospital made it very convenient, especially for those needing quick access to medical services. Additionally, the abundance of dining options nearby added to the overall appeal. I would certainly choose to stay there again if the opportunity arises.
