We won’t be back that’s for sure. And we are asking for a refund of our first night fee due to the problem stated above.
Pros:

Location is good. Water slides are fun. Buffet quality is good.

Cons:

Facility are quite old.
Ants problem

Unstable sofa bed
Bed bugs - my children were bitten

Found toe nail in the sofa

Disappointing. Not good value for money. Would not go back
Pros:

The property was clean, spacious and well kept. The food was good.

Cons:

Not good value for money for all inclusive. The wine was terrible so had to buy wine. The all inclusive drinks were not good, no fresh juice, everything was full of sweeteners or sugar. You had to buy tokens, a euro each, to be able to get a plastic cup to get drinks around the pool. We did not have any cash. You also had to pay a deposit of €20 to get towels- again we did not have any cash. Not enough sun beds around the pool. I have not done all inclusive resorts regularly, but compared to previous hotels that I have been to, this was not great. I would not go back.

Struttura pulitissima in ogni angolo, animazione top ( un grazie particolare a Elisa, Francesca, Chiara, Lucia!!), cibo buono, spettacoli serali molto piacevoli per tutta la famiglia

Awesome Punta Reina!
Pros:

Extremely helpful & pleasant staff. Had an amazing sea view from my room. The food was amazing absolutely every day- very diverse choices. Great evening entertainment every single night. Spa facilities were great. The resort store (Bazaar) had loads of items on sale & prices were comparable to town. Bus stop right at entrance to the hotel. Water slides were accessible to adults and children alike. The hotel had a gym & a full sports schedule- volleyball & football were hosted on alternate evenings. 3 swimming pools- one pool kept as a quiet pool so was great to relax without lots of noise. Beach was only a short walk away & also had a regular free shuttle bus from hotel to 2 beaches.

Cons:

Moderate ant infestation on the balconies of 2 of our rooms in the E block (lovely grassy area though so creatures expected I guess).

Pros:

Fint hotell, välplanerade rum, läget vid havet, bra aktiviteter för barn, riktiga drinkar i baren,

Cons:

Vårat ena rum (N 545) luktade otroligt mycket avlopp. Sa till redan första dagen och dom skulle skicka in städ igen. Det luktade väldigt mycket städ kemikalier efter detta men avlopps lukten var kvar.
När vi åkte från hotellet kände vi hur kläderna luktade avlopp, lukten var så stark att det hade satt sig i kläderna.

Borta vid vattenrutschkanorna var det väldigt kalt. Hade varit trevlig med blommor, palmer, grönt gräs runt rutschkanorna.

Struttura ottima, soggiorno consigliato!
Pros:

Ottima struttura pensata soprattutto per famiglie con bambini e dotata di piscine adatte anche a loro. La struttura offre una grande varietà di cibo e le camere sono ampie e pulite. Il resort è situato in una posizione strategica sia per raggiungere e visitare le Grotte del Drago sia per raggiungere le due spiagge nei pressi della struttura.

Cons:

Pur essendoci nelle spiagge vicine servizi di noleggio ombrelloni (con un costo comunque superiore ai 10 euro), sarebbe consigliato di dotare ogni stanza di un piccolo ombrellone da potersi eventualmente portare dietro qualora ci si rechi in spiaggia solo per poche ore. Purtroppo noi l'abbiamo dovuto comprare e lasciare poi in hotel.
